Girls trip for 3, we stayed for a 10 days in Oct/nov and the condo was great- clean, comfy and well located for shopping, restaurants and beaches. The property managers were very responsive when we had a minor problem with a bathroom sink it was resolved extremely quickly.

This was perhaps my 15th stay at Nohonani. My first one in 102. The owners have done a very nice job of upgrading the place. I have not had a bad stay here. The private beach and pool make for a safe, quiet stay. I highly recommend this condo.

This condo was beautiful but the location is amazing and the watching the sea turtles (Honu) from our lanai made this paradise dream come true for me. The best was when one came to shore the last night we were there. Also falling asleep and waking up to the ocean sounds and smell was out of this world!

This was an amazing property to stay at.
It was perfect location for us. The apartment was set back from the busy road, with a beautiful “garden view” in the back room. It made it feel very private.
The other side was close enough to feel the waves rumbling in. It was easy to get to and bring in our luggage. The apartment was clean and the couch was comfy. The pool was close and haveing our own small beach there with a turtle most evenings was amazing.
The sunset views were perfect every night.
The kitchen had everything we needed for basic and simple meals.
We did alert the manager about the sliding screen door being off its tracks, and he arrived within a few minutes to fix it.
We did want to mention- the door promptly broke again. We think it was installed wrong- it looked upside down? Also- the security screen door on the front was nice to have, but it had to be slammed shut and I felt bad making so much noise closing it.
Otherwise- this stay is perfect as long as you don’t have kids who would try to sneak into the beach or pool.

I cannot put into words how amazing it this place was. We had an absolute blast on our trip. The big hotels don’t have the turtles right out front and a private little beach like this one. We saw SOOO many turtles it quite literally made my whole life. (I am obsessed) my kids had a blast! The pool is basic but truly all you need. Everyone was so friendly. I absolutely hope we can come back here one day. None of us wanted to leave!!!

Our stay was great. Property is in a great location. Loved having the little beach right beyond the pool. No AC was not a big issue- but having AC would have made the stay even better- sleeping would have been better. The condo could use a deep cleaning. Yes the bathrooms were cleaned but the detail cleaning needs attention. Overall I would recommend to stay here.

The condo is exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed the small sandy beach. Lovely to just sit on the lanai and watch the turtles graze. We noticed the floor wasn't very clean, so we wore house slippers. Great location and great condo!

We had a wonderful stay. This unit is right above the water on the fourth floor. Always turtles, at least when we were there, September/October to see in the water directly in front of the property. Every possible item you could ask for is somewhere within that kitchen area! a few minute walk to ABC store and bad *** coffee right across the way. Don’t miss Papi Ohana’s if you like cinnamon rolls and baked goods, get there bright and early, they truly were the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had! There’s a little park a few minute walk also. I would suggest the floor be better cleaned. It was swept, however my feet were black if I went barefoot because the floor did not seem to be kept up with mopping. A couple of suggestions would be to have a knife sharpener or have the bigger chopping knives sharpened. I could not find an I could not find a sharpener maybe there was one and I just didn’t see it ...Also unscented laundry soap and dryer sheets, please. A couple of softer bed pillows would be wonderful also. We would highly recommend this unit and area to stay in.

We stayed for 6 nights at Nohonani and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The condo was perfect and had enough space for our entire family (3 adults and 2 kids). The view from the balcony is unbelievable, we were able to see sea turtles swim by all day. Pool and beach were great as well, there were kids toys and beach chairs and everything you could possibly need. We had an issue with the sofa bed and the management team was very fast to replace it with a whole new couch/bed. I would highly recommend staying, especially based on the price, which I thought was reasonable. We absolutely loved Maui and this part of the island - great stores, restaurants, and beaches nearby. Only modest issue is the lack of AC, but the fans and breeze from the ocean was enough to offset those problems.

This is a unit that NEEDS UODATING, but in a good location. The dryer never worked. We reached out for help and spent a long time problem solving and no one came to fix it. When we arrived we found a dead cockroach on a bed and the bathroom toilets had not been cleaned. Dust everywhere and the furniture and bedding all needs to be replaced. Also the screen slider was off the track from the start, and overall the unit was run down and needs drastic updating.

We made the mistake of not checking to see if this unit had air conditioning. Beware that the air flow isn’t great in the unit, constantly sweating. The pull out couch beds were uncomfortable with broken metal rods pushed into the upper back, the legs were positioned in a downward slope which placed increased pressure on the lower back causing those who slept in that had to be in pain the remainder of the trip.

This condo met its expectations and we had the most beautiful view and relaxing time here at Nohonani. The entire building is relatively quiet which is what we were hoping for. Reading through the guestbook was a fun journey, and it showed how much the owners of this condo truly care about every visitor's comfort while on vacation here. We appreciated the little touches such as the water filter jug, rice cooker, binoculars, dishwasher/laundry soaps, and all the fans.
The lack of A/C was a little rough during Aug/Sept, but the ocean and pool helped cool us off.
It wasn't an issue for us, however for the light sleepers, the ocean noise here might be a little too loud for you.

Beautiful condo inside and out! Vers well equipped and maintained. Right on the beach. It was so cool waking up in the morning watching the sea turtles and crabs doing their thing. The unit is so nice that even when it rains you feel like you’re not missing anything staying in and watching the ocean. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Maui!

We loved staying here! Beautiful ocean front property. Access to the beach. Amazing views of the sunset every night. We saw sea turtles swimming every day, throughout the day. Beautiful, clean, and modern condo. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with equipment - pots, pans, utensils. There is no AC however there are ceiling fans and standing fans provided and there is a great cross breeze when the doors and windows are open. The condo was pretty clean however could use a little more attention to detail. We had a couple clean towels that had some hairs deep in them that we pulled out. Overall a wonderful stay and we would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at this property in general. The view is a million dollar one, You really can not beat it. We saw a seat turtle swimming at the shore right outside from our balcony the second we walked in. Our kids loved the beach area and played there every day. The pool does get busy in the afternoons, but we stayed at this condo during a popular time and the older kids were respectful and safe around our little kids. No issues at all with anyone. The pool area and the pool was cleaned every day, which was so nice. My only complaint in our specific unit was that the carpets were EXTREMELY dirty. I am not a prissy person and I could not walk on them without having flip flops on. Out kids feet would be dirty after walking on them and we would have to clean their feet before getting into bed. They really really need to be replaced. It would elevate the entire experience of the condo. Everything else was spotless and the bed linens were clean and were comfortable. One of the rooms was really really noisy at night so if you are staying in the roadside bedroom bring some noise canceling headphones for the nighttime. People honked their horns all night long. The other room was heaven at night. The ocean waves crashing sound puts you right to sleep. Not having air conditioning was scary at first but it only got a little hot for two hours in the afternoon and it really wasn't that bad. The fans kept the air moving and it was so nice. We would absolutely stay here again

From the amazing view off the balcony to the turtles swimming off the private beach, this property is outstanding. The nearby little town has plenty of activities and great shops. The unit is very comfortable and extremely well appointed! The beds were super comfy and they were plenty of towels and linens. We were there in July and there wad no need for AC, the ocean breeze did everything. Maui was my favorite island and in large part due to this amazing property! Amazing trip, amazing location. Only downside is no A/C (which we knew and are ok without) and no screen doors on the sliding patio doors (which we didn’t know, and would have chosen another unit if we had known). Been staying on these condos for nearly 30 years and will always come back. Saw sea turtles, sting rays and dolphins from our balcony. Paradise!

Our family of 4 adored this condo. No A/C but completely not needed. The trade winds and great window setupade this unit comfortable the whole time we were there! The views can't be beat, we saw sea turtles every single day. The parking lot is small but we had no issue finding parking ever. The pool is immaculate, and I love how it's right next to the beach too. There is a public beach down the road (about a 3 minute walk) which was just perfect. Towels and beach towels provided were plush and large, and beach stuff was greatly appreciated. Cooler was helpful for our trip to Hana. We will totally be coming back and staying for longer! This was our favorite!

We had a lovely stay at Nohonani #201. The views are amazing! The kids loved the pool and we loved the ocean acces. It was perfect for a quick dip in the ocean and snorkeling in your own backyard. We loved watching the sea turtles swim by (we called it the "turtle highway") and even a group of dolphins. Only negatives were the queen bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were flat.

I was extremely hesitate about this rental do to my brothers room in the same complex being canceled 3 days before our stay. They canceled because the complex is under construction. Well we never heard back from the manager. We attempted several times. It all worked out it was great. Clean and never heard the construction even though it was next door. I recommend this place, it had a great beach. Snorkeling was awesome. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

Relative to the price of other condos, this is a great value. It is fully furnished down to an iron and ironing board. The view is incredible. The location is great. Just a few miles in any direction is plenty of beaches, food, and shopping. I will definitely book this exact condo again.
