Marcie was a great communicator. The condo was perfect for our needs and nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the location close for walking to shops and right on the beach for a nice swim. Also had many turtle and fish sightings.

Overall this property is what made us love our stay in maui and what was most memorable. Having the beach right in ones backyard was so memorable. The place could have been a bit cleaner but other than that it was the perfect spot.

Gitel's Place at the Pikake is an amazing place to stay. The property is beautifully maintained and fully equipped. It's right on the water so we enjoyed the ocean breeze, sounds of the ocean, and easy access to snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing by the water. Being on the second floor corner gives an amazing view! We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view as we relaxed, read, & ate. We saw turtles every day as they fed on & around the rocks right in front of us. Swimming & snorkeling right off our beach was so lovely! Being the corner unit also allows for louvred windows on 3 sides so the condo stays pleasantly cool. We loved that we had fresh air & breezes rather than AC. We were so sad to leave & can't wait to go back.

The Pikake more than met my very high expectations! Our condo had everything you could need including boggie boards, snorkeling gear,(We brought our own), beach chairs and canopy and more) Turles swim by and play right out front. We were snorkeling every day but 1. Our hosts we so accommodating and welcoming. We will be back again but not soon enough! Mahalo, Andy & Marcie. Until next time. Aloha!

This is the second time we stayed at this property. It is well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We felt so relaxed.
Every night we did take out, opened wine, and watched the gorgeous sunset. We loved that the beach is a few steps away. We love it here.

This place is exceptional! All the pictures and reviews are on point. Nice condo with all the amenities and the location can't be beat. The small stretch of sandy beach right in front was incredible. Saw turtles every day and a Hawaiian monk seal and sea slugs and sea urchins. I swam every day and didn’t have to drive to a beach. It was so convenient and nice. The farmers market was cute and affordable for basic groceries and all the local shops were perfect to buy your souvenirs or book a tour. Please take advantage of all the eateries nearby. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Filipp was accommodating and worked with us on a late checkout due to our flight being late in the evening. I can’t wait to visit again and stay here.

It’s a small lovely place just yards from the ocean. Right now the building next door is being renovated so it’s a bit noisy at times and it’s close to the road so you do also hear road noise but a lovely convenient place to stay on Maui. The owners were very accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed out stay here.

There is no denying Maui is one spot in the world many consider a slice of heaven on earth. What makes the island so much sweeter and special is Amy’s unit in Pikake – a little home away from home in paradise.
Sure, there are many unique accommodations on the island that make similar claims, but after 4 trips to Maui, scouring nearly every unit on the west side, I have settled on Amy’s Pikake unit as my place of stay for the following reasons:
-West side less rain
-Unlike other ads that claim beach front property this is literally beach front property
-12 units from pikake and maybe another dozen from the adjacent building sharing a small private beach that is enclosed.
-Very little traffic on the private beach, every day for 10 days we had the beach to ourselves at some point in the day.
-Ground floor which makes it accessible to the beach especially for children that need to use the washroom or get a snack
-Turtles live in the rock formations/coral directly in front of the unit. You will without a doubt see turtles several times a day.
-Unit itself is clean and well stocked with everything you possibly need.
-One of few units that have two rooms with the ability to accommodate for 6 people
Pikake offers something magical for our family that cannot be beat. We highly recommend Amy’s pikake unit.

From enjoying our morning coffee overlooking the ocean to watching the magical sunsets every night, we could not have picked a better place. The location made a great home base while out seeing the sights, and it was perfect for walking downstairs to jump into the ocean for swim or snorkel (amazing fish and sea turtles 20 feet off shore). Also worth noting the place is clean and well stocked, Hopefully, we can make it back soon…

We really enjoyed this condo, the location of the condo is in a great spot in West Maui and the proximity to the semi private beach was spectacular. Kitchen was also recently remodeled and very well stocked. Jason was easy to deal with and made sure our stay was very enjoyable. Book it and go, you won’t be disappointed.

A perfect place to stay to renew, escape and watch whales and turtles!! It was clean, nicely remodeled, has everything you would ever need and within walking distance to The Farmers Market and Bad Ass Coffee. I was traveling alone and met amazing people and felt safe and the view was the best on Maui. You enjoy sunrise and sunset from inside or just take one step outside and the beach and ocean are your own backyard. Jason was amazing and on top of everything not one problem. This west side ocean front unit had everything we needed for a relaxing visit with our family who live nearby. The lawn access to the ocean was amazing and we woke up to a breathtaking view each day. The owners made sure we were comfortable, communicated all the details early, and we were even able to check in a few hours early. The unit was incredibly clean and smelled wonderful! Since we visit family often we have stayed in MANY west side properties and this was by far the best. Mahalo to Marcie and Andy what a gift.

10 steps to the beach and that’s only the beginning. The condo was very clean and has all we needed for cooking. Lots of turtles and whales to watch. The wind cooled room was great for us with temps in high 70’s. The fresh air and waves splashing on the beach is outstanding ambience. Lots to see in the area and shopping is within walking distance. We had an amazing stay. Location was great! Super close to the beach so you could always hear the waves. Condo was well stocked and with the windows open there was always an amazong breeze flowing through the condo. You can sit on the lanai during whale season and see countless whales swimming past and breaching. They even provide binoculars. And Filipp is great to work with. Super responsive. Would definitely recommend.

After a few long days in Hana, we were exhausted and looking forward to relaxing.
Directions were great, as we opened the door we looked straight ahead to the ocean. Gorgeous views and lots of turtles and whales to watch.
Everything is clean and comfortable.
Lots of places within walking distance.

The condo was well appointed, neat and clean. Beautiful views of the ocean and neighboring islands. The whales were very active and so fun to watch. Close proximity to a fresh fish market with fresh seafood every day. Right across the street from an indoor farmers market with fresh produce daily. Many other amenities such as deli, bakery, pizza and small restaurants easily in walking distance. Grocery store about a half mile. All while we enjoyed views only steps from the beach and ocean. Very nice experience! Will definitely return.

The View was spectacular, we seen fish, turtles, whales, beautiful waves. Every morning we sat on the patio, just feet from the ocean, while we enjoyed breakfast and coffee. The neighbors were pleasant and friendly. I can’t wait to return to Maui and spend another week in Paradise

The condo was clean, cool, and bright upon arrival. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable - to the extent that we are looking for the chair and ottoman for our house. At first, we thought storage space was limited, but we discovered drawers under the bed which alleviated our concern. The bed and pullows were quite comfortable. Marcie was very prompt and helpful in returning our queries. All necessary utensils, plateware and glassware were in place. We especially enjoyed being able to walk out on a grass strip and then right onto the beach. All in all, it was a delightful stay and we are coming back next year and many years to come (we hope!)

The views are stunning. You are right on the water with a sandy beach out front. The only thing missing was a couple beach towels (which the description let us know) and beach chairs. The location is the best. Quiet and close to everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay and it was perfect for traveling with 2 younger kids. The unit had everything we needed from a pack n' play to a high chair, so we didn't need to bring that stuff with us! The beach was also very kid friendly. The park next door, was easy to walk to and also had a good, calm spot for kids. We grew up staying in Napili and this was a much better spot for young families and was so quiet! We saw a sea turtle one day on the beach and the whales jumping and showing off were non-stop. There was also a well stocked first aid kit, which came in handy when our daughter bonked her head. Filipp was so kind and had great communication! This will be our new spot to stay the next time we come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and safe oceanfront condo. The location is fabulous! The beach is great, better than a pool! From the balcony, we saw whales breaching (condo also has binoculars so that was even better!) and a sea turtle decided to come up on the sandy beach. Condo is well-stocked, has everything you need. We liked all the labels, which keeps things neat and organized. It really is like a home away from home. Ocean breezes kept the condo cool at night, no need for A/C. The tips that Fillip has are great. There are many good eating options within walking distance (food truck park, Papi's Ohana- really good cinnamon rolls, Miss Arepa).
