We booked this for our last couple of days in Maui and only regret not being able to stay longer! The views are amazing, the decor is calming and inviting, and it is in a great location. It was very clean and even had beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we enjoyed. Would love to come back in the future. Thankful Cheryl opened her home for others to enjoy!

We LOVED our stay! The best part was being able to enjoy our coffee in the mornings on the lanai watching the sunset — it’s always what I look forward to most when on vacation! The condo was perfect for our small family (2 adults, 1 4 y/o) and it was a great place to relax after exploring the island and being in the sun and water all day. We totally recommend staying here!!! I hope we will be back!

Relaxing, beautiful location. Multiple trips to Maui over the years but this home was perfect for the 2 of us. Comfy bed & sheets. Easy parking, quiet surroundings and the best sunset views. Our only issue was timer on a/c. Due to asthma issues we needed it on at night vs leaving windows open. Waking up in middle of night to restart was a bit rough but everything else made up for it. We will highly recommend to friends & family.

had an amazing time at this condo in kahana, i felt safe as a solo traveler and loved how close i was to the secret beach, convenience stores, and the hawaiian village coffee shop. it was a perfect location and i would absolutely stay here again! thank you, jaime and will.

Perfect location with amazing views. The condo is beautifully renovated and the host provided more than I could ask for. It truly felt like I was home. The only thing I did not like was that the listing had a Hot tub listed as an amenity but there was no hot tub in the unit or anywhere on the property.

Nice place steps from Sea wall. Friendly neighbors. Road noise was annoying because Aircon could only be used for 4 hour chucks with timer so needed to sleep with windows open and glass slider open. Back screen door doesn’t lock properly when the glass sliding doors are open and unit is on the ground floor.so security is questionable. But safe neighborhood. Great spot on island.

This ocean view property was amazing. We saw sea turtles swimming from our balcony and a beautiful rainbow over Molokai. The location was perfect for a short 5 min drive to amazing snorkeling at Nāpili Bay and Kapalua Bay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards and towels. I highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It is very well situated and stocked with conveniences and appliances. We used the grill outside, and loved having a blender to make fruit smoothies! It is very near Honolua Bay, our favorite snorkeling spot and even Slaughter House beach! Highly recommend this property!!

Million dollar view on the balcony! Everything was provided to enjoy time at the beach - we rented snorkeling gear and swam with turtles. The location was perfect for a ride up the coast in our jeep. Very quiet location! We enjoyed grapes, cheese, crackers and wine on the balcony at sunset. The provided shampoo and conditioner were appreciated. Loved our stay!

We left after staying only 2 of our 7 paid days. The unit was dark, veranda was almost unusable given how much heat the window style air conditioning unit pumped out into the space. No seating area inside for dinning option. Bath was remodeled but the heated mirror made the room to hot. To much 'clutter' around in an effort to make the unit user friendly. The listing advised that the unit was in a residential complex, and that there was no service or attendant at the pool. Ok, that's fine. What the listing did NOT state was that the pool was on the other side of the road, a bit of a hike from this ocean front unit, and that there was limited, if any, parking available near the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is well equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed borrowing the tennis racquets and beach umbrella. Only negative is that I thought it was closer to the beach, the block this unit is on backs up to a sea wall.

Everything you will need from paper towels to beach chairs. Mostly very quiet and private spot. Great sea life seen from balcony. If you want a modern feel this may not be the place for you.May go back simply bc of the location

Beautiful weather week of 9/2/24! This was our 2nd stay at Pohailani Maui Resort, 2 different studio condos. Great location! You can walk to beaches, food places, etc... Condo is clean and well stocked. Reasonably priced as well. Pictures of condo are accurate. Assigned parking is a plus! We saw several sea turtles and mom/baby Manta Reys - very cool!

We rented a week for our 35th anniversary… and had a wonderful week. The beach areas are eroded away - so we drove to other beaches to snorkel. (Hint - go to the Sheraton in Valley your car… Take your stuff and go snorkeling at Black rock right there on the beach… Then when you’re done eat at the cliff diver bar… Get your ticket validated and your valet was free. If you don’t get it validated… It’s 50 bucks. Lunch ran us about 70 each time we did it… We thought that was a fair trade.). Parking was a little quirky… On some days someone would be parked there… Two hours later they’d be gone. We just parked in the guest spot and had our same parking pass. Overall… Very romantic. We really enjoyed the stay… The place is super clean and stocked full of Items… We kept even discovering things in. The mattress and the bed is very comfortable. Small but great little place for a couple in love.

Overall stay was good.
Location wasn’t bad but VERY quiet. If that’s for you great but I found it pretty boring in the area. There’s a few walkable restaurants but it’s dead. Except Miso Phat.
Condo was decent and gave us what we need. The communication was great . I couldn’t find the key code and it was after 6 but she responded immediately. Toilet didn’t work, had to open the lid to flush but they came the next day while we were out and fixed it.
The view is great with the sunsets. The lanai was perfect for them but it was a little dingy with previous stays. This may not effect others but if you are sensitive to smell you will need an air freshener or plug in for your stay. The condo has a bit of an old musty smell but I’m really sensitive. Glad I brought some pillow spray and used most of it. Beware of ants just like their descriptions on your arrival instructions. It was a bit stressful every time we ate and drank.
Overall it served its purpose and happy with it.

We had a wonderful time in Maui staying here! The view off the balcony is absolutely beautiful! Parking was a breeze with an assigned parking spot. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom was also well stocked. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay amazing! Beach chairs, beach towels, small cooler, tennis gear, etc they have it all! There are 2 beautiful beaches with in just a 5-10 minute walk as well as many food options and stores just a short walk away. Our favorite by far was the gorgeous view. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and taking in the beauty Maui has to offer. Communication was awesome and they get information to you right way! We loved it! 100% recommend this condo!

We enjoyed staying here on our first ever trip to Maui! There were lots of sea turtles everyday and it was close to beaches and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. We loved our stay here. The only warning is that the afternoon sun comes right in and can heat up the inside if the shades aren’t down.

The place was perfectly clean and truly 12 feet from the ocean. Great reef out front for snorkeling. They had snorkel gear to use, games, books, tennis rackets and balls for the tennis courts across the street by the pool, laundry and rec club that comes with the place. Bang for the buck.
Maui... Rainbows off the private patio... super close parking space... I mean it was perfect! Like ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

To the beach. Which wasn’t ideal. The homeless population all around the area was a little unnerving as they would hang at the picnic table by our lanai and at the end of the seawall one slept each night. One last thing to note is there is a condo above you and the walls seem thin those tenets were so loud and rude you could hear every step they made at 5:00 in the morning and hear their conversations. The location wasn’t perfect for us but the Condo was.

We stayed for 3 nights before leaving for a week in Oahu. When we first pulled in, Maintenance saw we were trying to figure out where to go and had us follow him right to our place. He was very helpful. This place was perfect for us. We planned on exploring and knew we would not be doing a lot of beach time at our place. We spent our mornings and a couple of evenings on the Lanai. We saw turtles our first night there. Communication was good and the price was very fair. The “secret beach” is a 4 min walk and was wonderful. The views are un beatable. We would absolutely stay here again. We were sad to leave.

Cheryl is wonderful and you can tell the love she puts in to the property. The view is amazing and the unit is decorated with amazing finishes. It truly makes you feel that you just started your vacation. Sweet Sandy is nearby if you need anything and Cheryl is just a phone call away. She really cares about her guests!

This place has all the perfect touches and care to make you feel sooo comfortable.
We loved watching the turtles every day and even saw a few sting rays. Although there is no sandy beach right in front of property (plenty close by) the privacy, turtle watching and comfort was more than expected. We moved to another place for second half of our visit and I immediately missed this condo - wishing we just stayed here for entire trip. It was a special place for hubby and I to spend 10 yr Anniversary. Mahalo.
