Great location, rainbows, monk seal, walks along the Coastal Trail. The unit has two lawn chairs, a sun umbrella and cooler. The kitchen has everything you need. The property has washer/dryers on site. Perfect getaway for 10 days.

Very good upgrades to the condo. Closeness to sand and water is great during the day. Beautiful setting. However, loud surf at night makes sleeping at night challenging. Will bring ear plugs next time.

We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful to be right on water’s edge. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that it lacked an air conditioner. It was in the listing But I didn’t notice. The owners We’re very responsive and brought a extra fan for use at night, but I had a hard time sleeping in the heat

We loved our stay here so much. The view is incredible - blue water and palms from every window! The apartment is a really nice size. There was plenty of room for our toddler to roam and play and the bedroom was comfortable. Also everything was clean and felt so well taken care of! Really the only small thing that could improve the place would be a few more hooks to hang towels and suits - we went to the beach to swim several times each day since it was nearly right outside the door. We can't wait to come stay again! :)

It just doesn't get any better: beautiful unit, very well appointed and clean, with amazing panoramic views and the sounds of the waves to fall asleep to. Wonderful property and pool, steps to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. Great food and drink within easy walking distance (including right next door!) Super safe property and area. Snag this!

When I decided to spend an August 2024 week in West Maui, a revisit since my last 9 years ago, my objective was a cozy & quiet condo where I could leisurely spend my days anytime at Napili Bay or Kapalua Bay beaches without having to fight for parking spot, and I found it perfectly at Napili Bay Resort #216. The studio condo is nicely furnished together with well-equipped kitchen and full-size refrigerator, offering enjoyable stay for a single or couple, with option to cook in, take out to eat in, or dine out (2 walking-distance breakfast/lunch restaurants and others within 10 driving minutes). Being on 2nd floor, it provides the privacy of a back-lanai garden/tree view and a partial right-of-lanai Napili Bay ocean view (I could hear the heavy-at-times bird chirping in the morning and wave crashing in the evening). Even though without A/C, the trade wind that flowed constantly from front to back through the screen doors and windows kept me comfortable days and nights, not to mention the table and ceiling fans. Friendly and well communicating owner/manager, beach access by room key directly to Napili Bay, beach chairs and umbrella stowed in the lanai, ample parking within the resort, secured WiFi internet, streaming video service and cabled TV were among the conveniences during my stay.

This has been one of our favorite stays and we plan on returning! The condo is spacious and comfortable and the views are perfection. Great Location and access to delicious restaurants and markets made everything so easy. We spent our last two days in Maui here, which was a perfect way to end our trip! Absolutely perfect, 10 feet from the beach. Comfortable and everything you could need to stay (except mask/snorkel, I get it tho). The cool ocean breeze blowing through the apartment was amazing. Waves were the constant background noise. Turtles swimming casually next to you. This place is really great for couples who want to enjoy the beach. The unit is steps from the beach. Really convenient and has everything you need. We appreciated the available coin op laundry. We also really enjoyed the Kapalua coastal trail. The nearby restaurants and market at Napili plaza were very good and convenient. We hope to get back there again.

This is one of my favorite condos in the complex. Everything was perfect for a relaxing stay with not a care in the world. Best part is arriving and the not so best part is leaving no matter how long you stay. We're already talking of returning later this year or at latest next year. Condo was wonderful, and more spacious than it seemed in the listing. We could walk right down to the sand, less than 50 yards away. The condo had chairs, snorkels, a boogie board, plenty of towels, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better - walking distance to a few restaurants, grocery store super close. Three balconies so we enjoyed lots of bird watching and sunsets. The staff of the complex were also extremely nice and friendly, even served home cooked breakfast one morning. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at Napili Bay and the 1st time in a beach-view unit. The beach is beautiful, not too crowded, and only a few steps away. We loved our recent stay so much that we have booked a 3-week visit for next year. There is a small mall with a grocery store a 5-minute drive away.

3 balconies looking out over the beach, the pool and across to Moloka'i! Nice condo in small complex. Windows & doors on 3 sides allowed a great breeze so never used the living room AC. We did close the bedroom door at night and used its AC. There is a nice grocery store, several restaurants, and shops nearby. You can walk on the road or drive around the corner to snorkel & swim at Kapalua Beach which was easier to get in & out of and had more fish. There is a public parking lot there and at the tennis courts across the street. We loved the drive and incredible viewing areas along the north shore from Kapalua east. We also think the drive up to the summit of Haleakala is more than worth it. If you haven’t been to the crater it is a must-see. Go early so have time to hike at least some of Silver Sands trail and Hosmer Grove trail which has l'iwi and other birds! It is windy and cold at summit so wear long pants, closed toe hiking shoes and bring a heavy sweater or jacket. We were in clouds until about 8 or 9,000 feet then was totally clear so don’t turn around due to weather. Crater is the most amazing thing you will ever see! Road to Hana had some truly beautiful spots-- must stops are the Ke’anae Peninsula, which is incredibly beautiful. Definitly buy Aunty Sandy’s banana bread & the macadamian nut brittle at another stand- both the best I ever had. The next must stop is Wai’anapanapa Black Sand Beach. You must make resevations ahead of time-- no same day reservations!

The location is awesome. We’ve stayed at Napoli Bay Resort a couple of times before and love what the resort has to offer, such as laundry room, grilling area, and beach. As for the condo itself, we have no problem with retro decor. We do, however, have issues with staying in a place that is falling apart. This condo is in desperate need of repairs. Both the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are delaminating. The door to the lanai is being held together with duct tape. The jamb in the front door is rotted at the bottom. We had friends staying at Napoli Point, we were a little embarrassed to have them come visit. We would recommend friends to stay at Napili Bay Resort, but just not unit 204.

This was a beautiful condo both in its interior furnishing and decorative style, as well as the phenomenal view from the second story deck of Napili Bay, nearby island and whale watching! What a wonderful place to stay! This unit at Napili Bay is in a beautiful, quiet location with a fantastic, uncrowded beach, calm waters, plenty of sea life, and near enough to Lahaina and Kapalua to let you do anything you desire. The unit was beautifully furnished with everything you could need, and the hosts were great with lots of communication. Perfect views - we saw whales from the balcony almost as soon as we arrived.

This is a wonderful place where you can hear the surf and see a bit of the ocean from your lanai. Even though there are neighbor lanai’s, you don’t have people walking by outside as many of the first floor, condos do, therefore, it feels more private. The host was wonderful. And communication was great. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely return!

The Good: excellent location, 1 minute to beach, balcony faces a quiet garden with a glimpse of the beach and ocean. Comfortable, well supplied, kind and responsive owner. Lovely little BBQ and picnic area, building has a friendly old-Hawaii vibe, great parking. Not so good: condo needs a reno, especially the kitchen, badly siliconed sink is a haven for bugs (Don’t leave any food on the counter). Only one ceiling fan, closet and bathroom doors are hard to open and close. No place to hang wet towels and bathing suits. No safe for money and passports. Overall, we enjoyed our week stay in this studio condo.

This was our fourth time staying there, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Maui. It’s all about the location, best beach, best sunsets, best swimming!
I worried that w/o air conditioning, I’d be too warm, but there’s a lovely breeze blowing through, and it has everything you need.

Yes, this condo is outdated. But if you can look past that, this is a great value for the location. The photo of the beach is exactly what you get, it was amazing and is only steps away. Nice snorkeling from shore, saw several sea turtles. Water calm enough for young kids to play in. The lack of ac did not bother us at all, the front and back of the condo have louvered windows which let in plenty of breeze and there is a large fan. Pull out sleeper sofa and bed were comfortable. We walked to SeaHouse restaurant (make reservations in advance for dinner and be sure to check out their happy hour also), Kapalua Coastal Trail and Merriman's restaurant. Liked that Napili Plaza was a 3 minute drive and frequented the little grocery store there several times (best pineapple, spam musubi and coconut mochi) and ate at Maui Tacos and Joey's for dinner there. Good on site parking. Unit was clean. The sliding bathroom doors did stick something awful, we stopped using them after the first day. On site laundry (you can only do one load at a time, though) was nice, change machine on site for quarters. A couple of grills and picnic tables available, were utilized every evening by larger groups. Lots of families, not a party crowd when we were there, quiet in the evenings. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Would rent this unit again and highly recommend to others.

We love staying at Napili Bay Condos! You can't beat the beach access and location. We have stayed in many units on the property. This is one of our favorites. It was very clean, with modern updates, good space to unpack your belongings, and just the right amount of kitchen goods. We appreciate everything about this unit and will be back!

Everything about this stay was great! View was amazing! Proximity to the beach just seconds! Amazing snorkeling bay with lots of fish with the occasional turtle sighting! Condo was perfect for a Hawaiian getaway. Location is right on the beach with a nice patio. Napili bay has a nice beach and wave break. The condo is well appointed and we enjoyed using the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels that were provided.
From our patio we saw whales, turtles, and dolphins. Close proximity to Kapalua and the Ritz Carlton and a few other amenities.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again soon!
