We had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal, with the convenience of walking to the beach, and the pictures online matched the reality perfectly. We especially enjoyed the ocean view from our room. While the water pressure in the shower could be stronger and an extra set of beach towels would have been nice, these were minor issues. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!"

This property was perfect for our stay. The host was great and everything was as described. Close to the beach, rooftop pool and hot tub were great, enjoyed having some chairs and umbrellas provided with the property. Would highly recommend this property!

The property had magnificent views. Easy access to beach and numerous eating spots and shopping. In addition to the beach, we enjoyed the salt water pool. One downside is only one shower and a single toilet area a for 4 adults. However since we were all family it worked fine. Dining area got very warm in afternoon due to no door covering on patio door. I would rate 5 star and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed and loved staying in this property! We appreciate the constant communication with the property manager. We loved getting acai bowls down the street, coffee at Kona Purveyors, poke right across the street, musubi downstairs, and korean food truck next door. The beach is only a few mins walk. The condo is very spacious and clean. We only have 2 complaints but did not deduct any stars: there was a musty strong smell that lingered for 2 days and they were doing construction on the lanai. We would definitely stay in this property again.

The location is great! Unfortunately, after traveling for 48 hours the unit was not cooled but rather all the shades were open and all the windows closed. About 95 or 100 degrees inside. This was disappointing. One of the reasons we rented a one bedroom unit was to be able to close the door of the bedroom which can not done as the window air conditioner is only in the living area. We had to use the standing fan to get the ac into the bedroom. The mirrored wall makes the online photos look VERY spacious. The unit is compact! The unit was not newly renovated. The bathroom was clean but the floors and hid a bed were sandy
All in all we managed okay. After asking for pillow cases, we just borrowed some from family. .

My wife and I reserved this rental based on the previous reviews and pictures of the interior. Immediately upon entering, it was clear that the pictures were incredibly misleading, as well as half of the furniture was not even in the room. There was sand (it's Hawaii, I know) on the floor in the entrance as well as a collection of coffee creamers/napkins/sugars behind the entertainment stand. There were two surge protectors, one in the living room and one ON the bedside table. There was zero art, no clock of any kind, and zero soap dispensers or soap trays for the bathroom. The circular plastic table in the unit creaks like it was full of cricket knees and the loveseat did not turn into a hide-a-bed as the photos showed a totally different loveseat altogether. Similarly, the bed was different and was simply a box surrounding the bedspring and the mattress was the least comfortable thing I have slept on in a few years (and I do a TON of camping).The location is very near the beach and main drag, allowing easy access by foot; but two blocks east of the nice poshness of Waikiki and more of a "rough" block by comparison. The unit is on the 31st floor, so elevator time is something obvious. Literally the only redeeming quality of the rental is the height of the room above the rest of the city, which provides a nice sliver view of the ocean. The rooftop pool was a super nice thing to have, and the hotel keeps the common areas very tidy. Which to add the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accomidating.I can best compare this unit to the Norweigian jail units I have seen in documentaries. It is clear that the owner of this place does not care for a better renter experience. Units on the same floor had nice backsplashes and hand soap containers and simply looked lived in and nice and comfortable. Overall, I would not hope to stay in a place like this for a vacation for the price without some simple additions that would make it feel a bit m

Property was as described. It is a bit older in an older building and could maybe use a little refresh but it was clean and well-maintained. The queen bed seems smaller than standard but could just be me used to a king lol Owner/manager incredibly responsive; replaced broken beach chairs within an hour! There was a school group across the street that did a very loud and long chant 2 mornings at 7am. Not sure if that is a normal
thing. Pool ambiance is nice but hot tub is not very comfortable and temp was inconsistent. Minor issue. Decently stocked and close to everything especially the beach.

Great location for those who want easy access to Waikiki. It was easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants in Waikiki.
Free parking spot was a huge plus. Noise wasn’t an issue for us, maybe if you’re a light sleeper, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.
Note: If you need surfboard storage, check with host or property manager first if storage will be available. We had to scramble to find storage since you CANNOT bring your board in the elevator and the unit is high floor.

We had a stream less check in, keyless entry to floors, security, property owner, Steve, was fantastic, very prompt answering questions. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this unit. Only downside was ac but that’s not the fault of owner, he is in the process of getting new, it worked just not able to keep up with Hawaii heat. We loved our stay!

Perfect location with an amazing view! 5 mins walk from Waikiki Beach and right next to coolest street Uluniu Avenue with Moku surf, Shorefyre bar & grill, Maguro Spot for poke and the #1 Musubi Cafe. Ideal 4 people family place to stay with all necessities incl beach towels, body boards, and roof top pool. Host responded quickly and very friendly. You can easily do trips to the amazing beaches of Waimānalo, Northshore surfer heaven, and landmark Ko’olau mountain range.
We totally fell in love with Honolulu and the urban vibe of O’ahu - 5 days wasn’t enough!

We stayed here for five days and were notified less than 24 hours before our arrival about construction noise from 8 AM to 4 PM on weekdays. The communication from both the owner and property management was poor; they claimed they had sent prior notice, but I never received it. Additionally, we got a last-minute email about a water shut-off from 12 PM to 3 PM the same day. This lack of timely communication forced us to adjust our plans during our vacation, and we received no compensation or acknowledgment of our inconvenience. As a result, we won't be returning, over priced . They seem indifferent to their guests' experiences.

The property is nothing how pictures look. It is dirty, old, outdated and ugly!! Everything is outdated and old. The beds are horrible to sleep on and the air conditioning unit is horrible it’s always so hot in there even with ac on full blast. I will never book this place again. And I booked through Expedia thinking it was a hotel but it was not, it was privately owned so don’t fall for it!!

This was our 5th trip to Hawaii and Steve’s place was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! The place was very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen! It was very clean & you cannot beat the view of the beach! We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise and the surfers every morning. Other guests had left beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats etc…This came in very handy! It was close to some of our favorite restaurants & we found a few new ones close by. Steve was very responsive when I sent a message and answered all our questions. He was a fantastic host! The only drawback is the AC unit is not big enough & has a hard time keeping the place cool, especially in the bedroom. He did have 2 fans in the unit, so that helped tremendously. He is trying to get a second AC unit approved for the bedroom, so hopefully he’ll be able to get that installed. So if you want a fantastic view of the beach, with a kitchen and a very responsive host, this is the place! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

The apartment was in a fantastic location, waking distance to the beach and Main Street of Waikiki. Bus stops right out the front door.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and had stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen was well equiped, had everything we needed.
We also loved the access to the rooftop pool and bbq facilities, great views of the Friday night fireworks.

Nice unit centrally located in downtown Waikiki.
Couldn't be better located although very noisy area due to police and paramedic sirens, motorcycles and current construction of a new building.
This corner unit is ideal for 2 adults, but we were 3 adults, one person sleeping on the sofa bed and we were confortable. Operators of the building are very friendly and attentionate and the same applies to Alohana Realty, whom reply promptly and efficiently.
Finally what is advertize is what you get.

We stayed for 10 days in Steve’s 1bedroom condo on the 20th floor. The views out the wall to wall windows are stunning whether it’s sunrise or sunset. Kitchen has all you need. Grocery store just down the block. Roof pool great way to either start or end the day. Fireworks visible from the pool deck. Bbq there too.

Predatory towing at the Pacific Monarch. You pay $35/day and then they toe anyway for no given reason. The front desk guy today 9/12/2024 gaslighted me and my wife when we asked about it this morning and said they do not report cars to be towed by Mr. Tow. That's not true and it cost me $207 for less than a day and I had to Lyft 45 minutes away to go pick up the rental car.

Apartment old fashion furniture was so old windows are defective health issues with mold in bathroom tub, host was really nice but she need to fix that place major issues. We checkout in two days supposed to stay 9days, all the windows leaking water inside the apartment from rain and smell so bad. We loved our stay. The location was perfect. Very short walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo is has a full kitchen stocked with all you necessities. I would suggest a bigger coffee pot or Keurig coffee maker. There is only 1 toilet but it is separate from the shower room. The shower is amazing. We would absolutely rent this unit again

Overall the condo was good. Location was centrally located to a lot of activities including hiking, food, entertainment, etc. 3 coffee pots is silly, but a toaster and blender would have been nice. Easy check-in, close to the beach, it was nice having beach towels and chairs. The Bar on the property was not a bar and did not have a liquor license. They had a very limited menu. This should be noted. The owner of the restaurant/ bar was friendly and offered us to bring our own alcohol, we did not eat there. There are several restaurants and Bars within walking distance Overall, I would stay there again. The Location was perfect. Close to pick up for the Island tour and The Pearl harbor tour.
