We had a great time and our stay was amazing!
We were close to the beach and lots of places to eat, visit and the bar next to the food trucks was the best.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tiffany's place. Room is not too big but sufficient for a couple. We have everything we needed in the room. Location also very convenient, with a bit walk to waikiki and beach. Parking space can be booked with additional cost but much lower than hotel charge. Tiffany also very responsive to inquiry.

Parking costly! The place kind of old! Need to face lift.
Interrupted at midnight! Have to walk downstairs from 34 floor for evacuation!

Reviewer Comments:
Location was nice just minutes from beach. We were on 34th floor. Views were nice of mountains, diamond head volcano and city below. We walked to the beach, shops and restaurants. I was a little disappointed on how the room looked outdated a bit. But that being said we did enjoy our time there. The room had two beds, full kitchen and pretty much all the utensils.

The view is amazing! It was easy to check in and their is a food truck area right across the street with fantastic food. The beach is within a 10 minute walk. A little smaller than it looks in the pictures but perfect for us because we only slept there.

Excellent property!!! Steve is a wonderful host and is very responsive and helpful with all aspects of the stay. The penthouse is great ! Rooms are large and it has everything one needs for the stay. We were there for a meeting and very close to convention center and can walk it within 10 min max. Well located abd easy to get to most places.

It was excellent perfect location. Great staff everything.

Very good and relaxing stay at Frank’s vacation rental. Everything I needed was on the apartment, exercise room, fitness, laundry and a darling cafe in the building. Bus stop 1 block away. Car rental available. Food trucks across the street. A newly cleaned and green Canal behind us. Awesome!

We had a great time. The suite was perfect for our family. Was a little bit further away from beaches, dining than we anticipated but we made due. Would recommend to family & friends.

Website pictures were accurate, condo was small but clean. The pool in the hot tubs were perfect! Parking was secure but expensive at $40 per night.

The condo agent provided us very detail information about the check in procedures. He has a booklet in the condo which give us the wifi password, the information about the location.
The condo is closed to the restaurants, grocery stores and beach. I can also walk to Wakiki DFS in less than 20 minutes.

The room was unsanitary, linens were not clean, bathroom was filthy and massive hair everywhere. The bed had a fitted sheet and no other bedding was made on the bed. The sheet had body fluid strains. Food and hair in drawers where dishes were. We did not stay. Refused. The owner said he would refund my account and then turned around and changed my account full $$$ for one night. Will not answer text or have anything to do with me.

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights. The bed was cushy, the bath towels were thick, all three elevators worked and were prompt, the A/C worked almost too well (though nearly deafening at times; the manual would have been helpful to have for settings), there were two laundry baskets and a beach chair we used, and instead of the folding chairs and table in the photos, there was a nice glass-topped table and upholstered chairs. The yellow wall color was pleasant. We could only see slices of the ocean between all the buildngs, but the night view was nice.
On the downside, the two free-standing sinks had high sides while the faucets had short stems, which made getting a cup or glass under the spout nearly impossible. I hope the faucets will be changed before we stay again! In addition, it was quite dark in the room at night, with zero lighting over the table, so a lamp in that corner would have been appreciated. Other items that would have helped are facial tissue, pants hangers, more bars or hooks for towels and/or a folding clothes rack, and a rubber mat or mesh for washing and drying dishes in the sink.
Being on the 20th floor would have been perfect except for the hotel strikers' noise on the next block. We could hear them loud and clear from morning until night. Let's hope that gets settled soon!
Overall, we really enjoyed the room and would consider staying again mainly based on location.

Overall it was an acceptable place for a few nights. Close to Waikiki beach, restaurants and shopping. Great little cafe down the street, Sunny’s Local Grind, was great for a filling breakfast.
Small hotel like room was fine for a few nights before we boarded our cruise. It was just my husband and I so the coziness wasn’t an issue. The mattress seemed a little worn and saggy but could have been worse. We didn’t use any of the appliances so can’t comment on those.
Overall the host was quick to respond to messages.
I was a little surprised at the tightness of the bathroom (toilet and shower area), the door barely clears the bowl of the toilet but everything was functional.
Some basic soaps were provided but I think they were a little older and so we didn’t use them. The hand soap dispenser at the sink seemed to be rusting inside so we used our own soaps there as well.
Some folks commented about street noise but had the AC and fan running so those covered any outside noises.
We were able to see some of the fireworks from the Hilton across the street but not many went over the buildings for a clear show. We should have gone to that beach to see them in person.

This property was exactly as presented. It was very, very clean. Well stocked with paper goods, shampoo etc., and kitchen items, everything we needed. The unit was small but efficient and had an amazing view from the balcony. It was perfect for our one night stay in Honolulu. And surprisingly quiet for a high density building. We slept very well. Host had excellent communication with us, always responding very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

The views from this place are amazing. However, the space needs some extra care. Rental agency did respond quickly to a couple of issues in the place.
Drains in bathrooms very slow; many outlets did not work, carpet was dirty, mold in bathrooms, blind panels were missing, etc. From pictures, the place looked clean/updated. One night the hot tub was very dirty. We never waited more than a couple minutes for an elevator. Having laundry in the unit was helpful to run beach towels every day. Bring laundry detergent.
A great location, on Ala Wai canal and food trucks across the street. On Fri, we saw fireworks from the apartment at 7:45/8pm. Easy walk to Duke K lagoon and the beach. Longer walk to Ala Moana. We also often walked to the 3 malls in Waikiki, and each has their own food court. Our
daughter enjoyed the local hotel cat in the lobby.
Very short walk to the bus over McCally to Iolani Palace, etc. 7-11 was next door, for coffee and musubi.
The place had 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a boogie board. No games or sand pails.
We enjoyed our stay and loved seeing the views morning and night! Gorgeous sunsets!

Not even enough room to put luggage on the ground and walk around it and the bed.
Left after one night.

This was in a great location. Walking distance to many tourists spots. Easy access to the local bus that takes you to beaches, museums and restaurants. We rented a car for one night and was able to rent the spot in the building for an overnight. We also did laundry in the building and super easy to access.
Tiffany our host, was always available and easy to get a hold off.
Will definitely book next time we are in Oahu.

The coffee pot and tea pot had to be left on the floor in order to get hot water. The location was great. Loved being by the canal. Easy to walk and then catch a trolley. It was great that washing machines and dryers were on the property.

The room is as pictured small.
There is no dresser for clothes, but they do have a chair and a small couch so you could put your carry-on on top of
inside the room did not smell of cigarettes, but the hallways did .
The location was excellent.
There is a little market, not even half a block away that sold food, poke bowls, spam musubi milk, yogurt everything very convenient.. host got back to me fairly quickly

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here in order to move my daughter into her dorm room at University of Hawaii Monoa. The area of the property was good, although the parking garage was sketchy, and the lobby and elevators were a little run down.
On a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo itself. The main reason we chose this property was because of its location to the college as well as having a kitchen. While we did not want to be handcuffed to eating out for every meal, the kitchen was very useful. We enjoyed the view from the room as well as the amenities (microwave, toaster, pots /pans, beach towels, dishware, soap / shampoo).
Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This property does have very good views however the decoration especially the bathroom is fainted and could do some work. There is no proper end to the bathroom tap and the water just riddles out even with the taps on full. As this is a privately rented accommodation the staff are not particularly helpful.

The view from PH402 was spectacular! From the mountains all the way to the ocean. The unit was terrific: clean, spacious, well appointed and centrally located. Walk to the beach and Ala Moana shopping. Maleko's coffee shop and pastries in the lobby was great.

Location was great, the pictures in listing accurately depicts furnishings... bit then its all downhill... mold growing on ceilings of bathroom, couches stained and gross, the throw rug in li ing room was so dirty you couldnt see it had a pattern... nothing was supplied we had to go buy our own supplies and clean so we could stay there

Directions for checking in were clear and helpful. BEWARE OF PARKING! lot fills up! , as indicated, $40/day—Pay for your entire stay when you first drive in ( cash only!) we only paid for first three days— thinking we’d pay the next 4 days when we returned one evening only to discover the lot was full-nearest available lot was a long ways away!
There is a fair amount of street noise—surprising for being 40 floors up. View from living room/ kitchen/eating area is stunning. Watched fireworks, rainbows, and ocean views! Second bedroom actually has nicer view then master bedroom. Unit was clean and well maintained. Elevators were no problem—in our 8 days we rarely had much of a wait at all.
Location is good —many eating options in area. away from the big hustle and bustle of Waikiki Beach, but easy bus or 20-25 minute walk to beach or AlaMoana shopping center.
It ls listed as sleeping for 6–be aware there are two bedrooms with a double and single bed in each! Didn’t work the best for three couples—no pull out couch or hide-a-bed in living room.
All in all we’d recommend this unit.

DO NOT RENT/ NASTY - ROACHES
My husband & I rented this place out due to the pictures and the reviews. Upon arriving the first thing you notice is that the location is not in the best neighborhood & the entire building smells and looks very old!
When we opened the door to the room, NOTHING & I mean NOTHING was what was advertised! The chemical smell was so bad, we couldn’t even stand in the room. The second we walked in a roach ran across the floor. There were roach bait boxes literally in every corner. There was only two pieces of furniture which were in no way “new”. Not even the bed was advertised right, it was a crappy mattress on top of a plain old school Walmart bed frame.
When we opened the closet door, more roaches came out.
We left & immediately searched the island for a last min hotel for the week which you can imagine wasn’t cheap!
We messaged the owner and he was apologetic AT FIRST!
We asked for a refund obviously! & at first he said yes. Once we talked to VRBO (who by the way is great) we found out we would not be getting a 100% refund because the owner refused to cancel the reservation on his end because it would effect his ratings!!!
Yep!! Doesn’t care about anything but himself! Extremely disappointed, nasty room & we will be writing reviews constantly and talking to everyone possible so that this place gets shut down. We have pics & lots of videos.
