Look this is no Sheraton suite. Its a nice homely apartment that gives you that feel of being lived in and homely. The aircon was a bit noisy and some of the trim around the place was loose but overall its perfect for my wife and I. I wanted a place that provided a separate bedroom with a sofa bed in case our sleep patters were funked up. A kitchen that is a good size with everything you need to to either stay in or the basics for quick up and go - coffee machine, kettle, fridge pots and pans etc.
The position was great for everything, especially as this was our first trip to Hawaii.
Overall it was excellent for us. A place to come home to after a big day out being tourists. Close to anything you need.
Happy to recommend and hopefully revisit in the future.

This manager is very attentive, from them step-by-step directions (including pictures) for check-in and check-out, to the quick responses during my stay. A place in Waikiki that includes parking is a major win. I enjoyed the location on the edge of Waikiki as everything I wanted to do was outside of the neighborhood so getting in and out was generally easy. The view is spectacular. Pictures and descriptions of the unit are accurate. It's a 40 story building with 2 elevators so taking that into account, I did not find them particularly slow as some guests noted. The pool and tennis areas could use some updates, but there's plenty of better things to do on Oahu. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. Mahalo!

Very good location, resonably Ok unit (need some upgrades- ie A cattle for heating the water and a few tea bags and coffee bags, a Music system is missing, a set of directions for the use of TV, rubbish disposal location, facilities of the hotel, and other useful information for tourists etc. Also balcony sliding doors need oiling and repairs (flapping at night with the wind), some of the light switches not working properly, some paint and touch ups would be good, bed was crackling as you turn and toss, wash basin in bathroom was blocked, there were cockroaches in the kitchen running around. HoweverJames was helpful in sorting some of these out.

The property was in a convenient location. We have stayed in the Ilikai Marina condos in the past. While this unit was clean and comfortable, it could use updating. There were only 4 bath towels in the unit (one was smelly and couldn't be used), only 2 wine glasses, etc. Things need to be refreshed. For the same price, there are other, more recently updated units.

Wow. What a view every day and night. Sunrises, sunsets, 180 degree view of the ocean, lagoon, yacht harbor, city lights. With it's slightly north of Waikiki location it is much quieter than on the beach but its a quick walk to either the Waikiki Beach or Ala Moana Beach, my personal favorite for swimming. The unit was well appointed and the bed was fantastic. Loved the double sink bathroom.Only issue was on check in, the person responsible did not get back to us until midnight, but thankfully the Captain Cook resorts figured out how to get us into the unit.

The room was acceptable but the constuction going on in the building forced us to move. At first the manager wanted to give us a full refund if we moved out immediately but it not that easy to find accomadations on shor notice so we stayed another night and they chanrged us for that night. not the best policy for the inconvience but i agreed. I would not recommend captin cook because they should have known that constuction had been going on for two months.

It was a beautiful view!! The location is convenient. I will not that the my daughters slept on the sofa bed and the 1st night there wasnt any blankets or sheets so they slept horribly. The manager was able to accommodate some for the next night. My daughters saif the sofa bed was fairly uncomfortable and the mattress was thin. Perhaps its better suited for younger kids who wont notice the difference. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils. It didn't offer any basic food needs such as seasonings like salt & pepper. The sunsets were breath taking!!

Great view and close to Ala Moana center as advertised. Property was starting to show its age. More than adequate for a 2-3 day stay, but I would probably consider other options if staying longer.
Layout and useability could be improved but removing chaise lounge And outing a bar height table and chairs in that corner vs the patio chairs that make you sit below window level.

Some outstanding features, a few that were just okay. The view from the property is outstanding as long as you don't look down. The boat marina has lots of floating trash and no sign that it is ever cleaned, The balcony is postage stamp size, barely adequate for two chairs and a bar stool size table. The unit is sufficiently spacious, no dresser or other furniture with drawers except the two small bedside tables. The closet was adequately sized and were able to hang our clothes. The kitchen is adequate, everything worked as expected. The walls between units are thin and we could hear the neighbors on both sides. The furniture is definitely very dated. The washer/dryer, a major consideration for us because we were there for two weeks, could not have worked better.
The location is great. We walked to Waikiki Beach several times, both along the highways and, in part, on the boardwalk along the beach. Distance to and from the Moana Surfrider is about 5 miles. Good exercise and great for people watching along with many name brand stores to visit. Ubiquitous ABC stores. Getting in and out of the parking garage was easy and the location is great as a start or conclusion for exploring the island. The owner reimbursed me as promised, super responsive, for the total cost of parking. Several good restaurants within walking distance although we did us Lyft to return a couple of times, grocery stores a short drive away.
Would definitely consider this unit again.

1. Check in process - you must call property manager prior to getting there - took approx 15 min to get a call back, nerve wracking since area is busy and unsure where to go until the call back. A welcome email with instructions would be super helpful!
2. Parking prices - wasn’t listed / constantly changing it was $33 a day
3. Maintenance issues - they had to have someone come in multiple times during our stay to fix the AC. Interruptions on our vacation for this was disappointing. The final time they came, the AC stopped working. We came back after a long day and it was 80 degrees. The last night was rough with uncomfortable temperatures and we had a long travel day ahead. Also started to smell horrible mildew - maintenance confirmed a leak and they had to come in each day to fix it.
4. The front door only had 1 lock - anyone with a code can come in even with the door locked from the inside. There are trash hours and can only throw away trash at certain hours. Inconvenient with a baby and diapers and early flights.
Great location! The views at sunrise and sunset are stunning! Could always find a parking spot. The parking garage exit can be hectic at times - the traffic is backed up at the light sometimes unable to make the left turn.

Second time in this condo. Almost like I live here. Garage space in higher floor it’s awesome .. so close to laundry room-elevators. Wanted small car … so rented block away from Enterprise … Mitsubishi Mirrage… perfect for tight spaces anywhere.The view was the best .40 Floor.Thank You.

Ein schönes großes und sehr sauberes Appartement in bester Lage zur City.Der Ausblick auf den Hafen, gerade bei Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön.Genügend Handtücher \ Strandtücher und Strandutensilien sind vorhanden.In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man mittendrin im Stadtleben Honolulo‘s. In nur 5 Minuten ist man am Waikiki Beach und kann das Feuerwerk, welches immer Freitags dort am Hilton Resort stattfindet sich anschauen.Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants rund ums Appartement. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Appartement an der Straße zu finden für 1$ pro Stunde, wer da nichts findet kann im Parkhaus direkt neben dem Haupteingang des Appartement Hauses parken ( Preise 33$ pro Tag).Die Betreuung durch Alii Beach Rentals war zu jeder Zeit super. Anliegen wurden sofort und immer im Sinne des Kunden bearbeitet. Man erhielt rechtzeitig alle nötigen Infos zum Aufenthalt! Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrages lief reibungslos und sehr schnell!Wir können Alii Beach rentals sehr empfehlen und würden wieder dort buchen.

The view was great from the 34th floor. The room was just what we need for our stay. It was nice to be able to use some of the gear in the unit too. The one thing that was inconvenient was when the elevator was not running due to high winds. I would stay here again!

The apartment is as advertised. We had an enjoyable trip. Location of the condo is the main issue - it’s ok but further away from the main area than it looks on the map so get used to walking back and forth (20mins each way, a few times a day). The sofa beds could do with a refresh - they were fine for 1 or 2 nights but we had 5 nights and so got uncomfortable for our teenage kids. We did have a great stay and don’t want to be negative but these are the issues that don’t come through in the online description.

This apartment exceeded my expectations.
It is large, beautiful, in an excellent location to beaches and the Ala Moana shopping mall in a walk away.
I loved the yoga at Power yoga Hawaii which was also a walk away.
The apartment is clean, quiet, comfortable and has everything you could need for the beach and cooking.
A short walk to the beaches also and a cheap Uber ride to the airport.

Over all, it was a decent place to stay as a home base. I don't usually stay in the city - I like the quiet of other areas of Oahu. I wasn't used to the insane traffic and countless one-way roads -- it took FOREVER to get anywhere. However, that is not the fault of the property.
The place is definitely dated and needs some work. There were broken "planks" in the floor, fake copper around stove area was warped, and what appeared to be rust in the shower grout. Watch out for the water in the bathroom sink! Don't turn it on too much or you'll get soaked.
We had some issues with the internet (I had work to do) and TV the first couple of days, but the host was quick to help, and it got fixed. There was supposed to be an extra key fob on the table, but it wasn't there, and host didn't get it to us.
Check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful, especially where to turn to get to the building; it's pretty hidden.
Over all, our stay was fine. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but that's as much for the traffic and noise as for the room and elevator. The price was right for making reservations so close to vacation time. Use it for home base and it will work out great for you, especially if you plan on staying in the city the whole time.

We stayed in this condo from 10/01 - 10/08 in 2024, and were very happy with it! There are a ton of walkable activities nearby, but even if you have a car, parking on the 5th floor and walking in to the condo was a breeze!
I only gave it a 4-star on the listing accuracy because the "king size" bed is definitely two twin beds pushed together. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!

The rental is walkable distance to Scuba tours and Submarine tours and Hilton Holiday village, very conveniently located. You can walk across to Ilikai hotel by crossing the street, there are nice restaurants and cafes overlooking the ocean. We could see the Friday night Hilton fireworks from the balcony, the balcony also packs in amazing views of the ocean and the marina. The rental itself is compact but comfortable and clean, fully loaded with kitchen amenities, I was able to make some simple meals and smoothies for my vegetarian elderly parents. Air conditioning worked well, plenty of towels provided and the laundry room is right across the corridor in the same floor.We had no water for a few hours due to some repair work going on on the street, but otherwise we loved our stay here and hope to be back. Parking is expensive at $33 a day.

Such a wonderful propety to spend some time at. We enjoyed this unit very much. Perfect for a couple, but could accomodate 2 couples with the pull out.
Pictures are exactly like the property listed.
We had no issues with anything at all, super clean and in such a fantastic location. With near by bars, restaurants stores and such.
Close to stops to pick up tours so no real need for a car.
We can not wait until the next time. We will be back and stay here again.
