We stayed for a week during the marathon, and the location was great. Lots of places within walking distance. Would recommend advising renters of 33/day parking if applicable.

Everything was great! Just 2 suggestions. Bedside lights on each side of bed are different colors (daylight & standard). No plug available by bedside to charge cellular phone. Other than that, excellent stay!

Had trouble finding things and using the TV. Surprised when we were threatened by the host. Towels smelled of very strong chemicals/perfume so we washed them. Sheets we washed too. Floor could definitely be cleaner and bathroom functionality is borderline. Still, the kitchen is great and mornings at the table and the view we really enjoyed.

We are familiar with the area and we enjoy the marina view located on the North section of Honolulu. We enjoy the walks through the park less than a mile away.
Rental was ideal for our needs. Only suggestion: add a manual lock to the inside of the front door that is up high, so a toddler would not be able to reach.

.....Location, Location, Location.....the unit needs refreshing.....Iam not sure, who's responsible, but the owner should put out a page of instructional information regarding the use of kitchen appliances and electronics remote control. I called staff for assistance three times and the latter was helpful. I had a hard time understanding the use of the parking system but finally had some semblance of the logic needed. I would tell friends about the plus and minus of the unit.

This has a great location, but that's about it. The apartment is very minimal in every other area. The bed, chairs and couch were very hard and uncomfortable. Between the toaster oven braking, property manager dropping off chairs, and the building maintenance knocking on the door all day, it was not relaxing at all.

This is a great place to stay with adult children. Everyone had their own bed and there was plenty of room for us all to gather together. The hotel has everything and the staff is so kind. They have Hula dancers in Friday and pause for the firework show next door for you to enjoy. Restaurants and food trucks are all close by. Easy to get in and out of. We rented a car and used the valet for convenience since my husband can’t walk too far at times. Valet staff is quick and very friendly! This was our first time in Hawaii and it was amazing. Sea turtles feed off the coral on the beach, pool has a DJ, market in the hotel has everything, and huge bonus: the beds are so comfortable! I was hesitant with some of the reviews but so happy we stayed here. Location has many places to walk to and is located to all the fun spots tourists love to go for the first time. Check in was super easy and convenient!

This was a great place for our Thanksgiving! It’s a roomy place with a killer sunset view. The lanai is not really a lanai. It’s teeny. There’s no pool at the facility. But for someone who has family in Hawaii and likes to stay near Waikiki… it’s perfect. The carpets were a little slippery And could use a wash but all in all a really nice stay!!

We had an excellent check-in and check-out experience. Everything was well explained step by step on a guide on a web page that the owner provided us. (There was only one thing that could have been explained better at check-in: the lockbox to access the parking lot is in the first boxes on your left. It took us a while to find it because there are so many in the same place.) I needed to get information from the owner twice, but she didn't answer and only showed up when she needed to know what time I would be leaving so she could send the cleaning lady. So I gave the owner a score of 0 for communication. Another negative point is the elevator. In the 4 days we were there, it broke down TWICE!!! And I realized that this is a common problem in this building. The situation was really bad, since she rents the room on the 34th floor!!!! With luggage, it's horrible having to go up the stairs. If you have trouble sleeping, it's really noisy there. The air conditioning and the bathroom exhaust fan make a lot of noise. positive points: very central, close to everything, and every Friday there are fireworks, which we could see clearly from the bedroom window. very well equipped with cooking accessories, stuff to use on the beach, etc.

Being new to VRBO, we were happily pleased with our choice. Accommodations were very clean, stylish and comfortable. The mattress is absolutely the best we have slept on ever. The building is older but I got the feeling that it is well maintained. The only downfall is the daily parking. We had a hard time trying to figure out the daily parking pass. We found the instructions a little unclear. But there is a help button to assist. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Have stayed in this building many times and the location works very well for us. Love the views of the harbor and ocean from this property but the view from this particular unit isn’t great because of the low floor. The unit was well appointed and comfortable and was clean … only reason I gave it a 4 for cleanliness is because of under kitchen sink was really dirty and inside of garbage cans were also very dirty….otherwise it was clean

This condo did not disappoint. My husband and I spent a week here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. We enjoyed having access to the stocked kitchen and the beach toys. We used the inflatable kayak to paddle to Mokoli'i Island and it was quite fun. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. I already want to book it again!

Beautiful condo and great location. Host was very responsive. Expensive parking which may be normal in Waikiki. Only used the condo lot for two hours and it cost $20. Could be better explained in description. All in all though an amazing place to stay.

Had a great time! Boogie board was broken in half : umbrella was a bit flimsy but we managed cuz we packed umbrella sand anchors.
Great location: the Pub below was awesome, quaint, & fun!!
Easy laundry facility on the same floor we stayed.

We loved staying in this unit overlooking the marina. It was a treat every time we walked in the door. The sky, clouds and ocean colors constantly changing with beautiful rainbows too! The unit itself is immaculate, bright and comfortable. The balcony is tiny, but we were able to squeeze into the space with a glass of wine to enjoy the evening sunset. The panoramic views are much better than what you will pay top dollar for in surrounding hotels. That is the advantage of an older building having the best location! We would definitely stay here again.

I called the day of check in to get the information as how to self check in.
The view was fantastic, the futon is supposed to be a bed for the second guest. We had to ask the owner to bring linens for the second bed. I was told they set up up for 2 people because that’s what the reservation was for. I had to explain that we (mother and daughter) don’t share a bed and the listing states there is sleeping for4. The owner brought some sheets for us :)but, the futon is very uncomfortable. I found an air mattress in the closet and was thrilled to be comfortable!! But, a few hours later the mattress was flat and I was sleeping on the hard floor.
After a difficult conversation, I was told that no body else has ever had a problem.
Drapes are ripped and non functional. Bathmat in the tub was covered in mildew.
Filthy fan blades and vents.
We were disappointed with our experience, but made the best of it since we were stuck in the rental agreement. We would have loved to get a refund and go stay somewhere else.
I did appreciate the owner when he finally said he would buy a new air mattress, that was very helpful.
Truth be told, nice people own it but they don’t clean well aand have random things in the closets which make them unusable to store luggage, etc…
The o and it was smooth sailing after that.

Location was great and we did not get the room that we had picked out on line. Obviously false advertising of room on line.
We took many pictures because people would not believe what it was like. there was dry rot holes in the curtains, a big rip in the seam of the couch, patio furniture has holes in the plastic chairs and rush on the furniture and the complaints just could go on and on.
All i can do is stay away from this site and inform other people to do the same

I am honestly very disappointed with my stay here. We chose this rental because our kids are very picky eaters and having a kitchen would allow us to cook for them. On our first night we went to the market and spent a little over 500 dollars on groceries to last us the two weeks we would be there.Cons-There's a strong musty smell in the hall way that leads to our room. -Our room had a very strong smell of floor cleaner. -The pots and pans had deep scratches on the non-stick coating-One of the dinning chairs was a broken.-After the first night my 3yr old and I felt very itchy but we couldn't find the cause. Then my 3yr old started getting insect bites on his face.-On our 5th night I woke up to baby roaches on the cabinets, counters, and stove. I always make sure to clean up after myself so I knew it wasn't a cleaning issue and more of an infestation.I reached out to customer service and they told me they would send the maintenance guy to add traps and that they do monthly pest control on their property. I ask if they could please relocate us as the roaches kept coming out during the day and even crawled on me. They said they didn't have anywhere to relocate us. The maintenance guy told me the traps should stop them from crawling around. But the next day there were bigger roaches crawling on the floors and in the kitchen. I reached out to customer service and they told me to clean and not leave food out. They offered to refund me the remaining days. I tried looking for a hotel with a kitchen but due to it being last minute everything was so pricey, I eventually booked a room without a kitchen and we had to throw our food out. It was such a waste and so stressful moving. Once we settled in our new room the itching went away and my 3yr old stop getting bite marks. -The room is next to the trash room and the stench leaked into our room. My stay was good. The condo was clean. The views are pretty. I just hated the noise from the protesting from the nearby hotel; not the hosts fault though. I heard a little noise from the Charthouse and/or bar (this was during Halloween weekend) but it wasn’t too bad, it didn’t last long, maybe an hour.

Great value for the price we paid. We were going to stay at the Hawaiian Hilton Village but there was a strike going on. So last minute we changed and got a good deal on this room. Let's get the disappointment out of the way first. The fluffy pull out couch that is shown in multiple pictures, is not what it is there. There is an Ikea futon that is very uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. The futon does semi fold out to a small bed that could fit one teenager. Don't think about snuggling up with a loved one to watch a movie. BUT the other plus do make up for the unremarkable couch. The king sized bed is super comfy. The water pressure is amazing. It is not listed but there are beach chairs in the closet. Kitchen had most things you needed and plenty of silverware and glassware. View was amazing and it was in a very quiet area. We slept very peacefully. Easy walk to most things and Foodland was just nearby. Harbor Pub is on the ground level and a great place to get a beer.

The location of the property was perfect. Just around the corner from the busy area. Very convenient places to eat and purchase items. The view of the marina was lovely and while the property is dated it had all of the necessities and worked perfectly. The bed seems a bit precarious as it makes some noise when you get on or off of it, but it was oddly comfortable.
