Our stay was great at this condo in the Ilikai. The condo is spacious, nice views and lots of amenities. The fact that you have a reserved parking is a bonus that was very useful. It’s well located in Waikiki close to all amenities, restaurants and attractions. The host, Rosina, was always responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure communicating with her. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Stunning views. Hotel staff was very rude and unhelpful. We pulled up to the front of the hotel and it was very busy. I got out to get a luggage cart and wheeled it to the car. A man who worked with the hotel ran over and started taking my luggage off the cart and said I was not aloud to use the cart and he needed it for his job. So I left the suitcases in the car and we went to the check in desk and told the man I already had a code for my room and just wanted to confirm that it was on the 14th floor and where the elevators were. The man at the front desk rolled his eyes and said “what floor do you think your room is on”. I said wow - thanks for your help and walked off. Then the girl working valet comes running up to us asking for our keys and said we just move our car immediately or pay $45 a day for valet. I tried to explain that we were just trying to figure out where to go and we would move the car. Keep in mind, these three interactions with hotel staff occurred within probably 3-5 minutes. Not a great welcoming. Not the condo managers fault - like I said the condo is amazing. But this hotel is full of rude workers.

Amazing 2 Bedroom 2 bath apartment with wonderful views. Living room side you see the ocean and marina. On right master side you have a great view of the city. 23 rd floor provided breath taking views. Sunsets were amazing.
Location was great with stores walking distance. Walmart and Sam’s was 2 story just a few miles away. We rented a Honda Odyssey and parked close by at the marina parking for $1 /hour. We only paid when car was parked. We also used Charlie’s Taxi which was great and fair priced for a few days before rental and our last day for transport to airport.
Laundry machines on each floor and take credit cards. We left a folding chair and notices beach towels, some sand toys and small carry cooler in room.
Updated home with firm beds and breathtaking views.

When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned due to miscommunication from an outside repair service. We proceeded to contact Jeannie and she told me to contact the cleaning/property manager. The cleaning crew arrived within the hour and did a very nice job.
Jeannie was a pleasure to work with. She was always prompt with answering emails prior to arrival and phone calls while there. Her cleaning/property manager was great as well.
Overall, the condo was extremely nice (great location, within walking distance to many conveniences, and great view of the city and ocean).
However, having two older individuals in the party, it may be a consideration to upgrade to handle bars in the shower and tub/shower combo.
Overall, our experience was fantastic. We would definitely rent again.

Great condo with beautiful views! Nice beach lagoon just a couple minutes walk that the kids loved and another minute walk to the ocean front beach! Only issue was wrong code to get in the door but it didnt delay us too much. Also, the property owner asked for permission for a repair man to enter the condo while we were there to fix a shower door, we told her we were not comfortable with that amd asked if he could wait until we checked out. We didnt hear back from her and the next thing we know the repair guy came anyway. If youre going to ask permission, please respect when someone declines!

Our family of 5 (2 adult children, 1 teen) loved our stay. We needed to use the sofa bed but the unit still felt spacious. Gorgeous view, beautifully furnished, and plenty of towels. 2 bathrooms (with showers) helped us get out the door or ready for bed. The coded entry was a huge plus as we didn’t have to keep track of cards or keys or decide who gets them. We rented a car so the parking space came in handy. Would stay here again.

This building has serious elevator issues. When they all worked there were still line ups to get in. They rarely ever all work. The unit itself had dirty carpets, low grade furnishings but okay for a short stay. Bring slippers!

Don't stay at a hotel when you can snag this rental with more space, a full kitchen, and gorgeous ocean views for a fraction of a fancy hotel price! While it is a little outdated (no exhaust fans in the bathroom or kitchen), it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after time at the beach, pool, and lagoon which are all located within short walking distance! Bonus: You can even watch the luau at the Hilton next door from a bird's eye view or catch another one the building puts on every Friday! Great location close to not only all the water but food and shopping also. My parents stayed here while my husband, kids and I were in a cramped two -bed hotel room. We loved this place so much more!

The location is absolutely amazing. Right on Waikiki Beach. We had perfect seats on the lanai for the Friday fireworks and easy access to the beach or lagoon. It’s a quieter setting for hotels. The pools always had open seating and were really relaxing.
The room was clean and mostly as expected for the price range. I saw some reviews mention the air conditioner. It may had been recently updated because it worked, was quiet, and had the remote.
Some things to note: the elevators are extremely slow. There is not enough for the amount of guests. We’d sometimes use the bathers elevator around the corner which was also slow but at least had enough room for us when it got there.
The real bummer was the service. Midway through our trip the fire alarm started beeping that it needed maintenance. We called, left messages, and emails towards the end of the business day. Someone called us back after hours and said that they didn’t have anyone available and we should try to fix it ourselves and they’ll send someone the next day to fix it. They were totally okay with the fact that this was going to keep us up all night, was a life safety hazard, and their responsibility to take care of. We also reported the hotel staff told us to contact the owner and not tamper with it. We reset the alarm which would buy us a few hours of peace but it would start beeping again every few hours. No one came to fix it. We went the last two days of our trip with next to no sleep.

Its location was perfect for us - we were easily able to walk to Waikīkī and the Ala Moana Shopping mall. We enjoyed this property and the amenities around us. The condo was great and if I chose to stay in the area I would consider rebooking. The elevators were a bit of a pain to use and took quite a long time and by the time it’s your turn they’re full (not sure that is the norm). The fireworks from the balcony was a nice treat. The only improvements we’d suggest is more towels and blankets too. We were there for 5 days (6 of us) and we each got one towel to use the whole stay unless we wanted to do laundry. The property manager was very responsive and appreciated.

The owner was caring and helpful with good communication.
The condo is located between Ala moana shopping center and waikiki shopping area. We had a rental car and the place is convenient to go out with free parking. It is much quieter than than center of waikiki beach and you can enjoy the pool and Hilton lagoon in just a few min walk.

This property is gorgeous and well maintained. The view is absolutely everything. As a family of 5 (kids 9, 11, 15), we found that it really didn’t accommodate 5 (without some extra work or gear) if kids are bigger. The full-sized fold out has bars for armrests that line half the bed and would be in the way for sleeping 2 comfortably if they’re taller (our 15 year old slept on it and slept on the part without the bars so her head and feet wouldn’t hit them). We ended up buying a cheap blow up mattress at Walmart so each kid had their own bed, if two of the kids were toddlers it would’ve been fine. Dishes are in sets of 4 (so 8 plates and 8 bowls) so we were one short for dinner if we used half for lunch. We hand washed & dried lots of plates and bowls and there were only 9 towels (which for a family of 4 is great bc each person has one for the beach AND one for showering, but for 5 one of us one of us was always sharing a beach towel so we all had our own bath towel. Those were really the only “issues” we ran into and we made it work and had a wonderful time. Hosts were responsive to questions, condo had everything needed, beds and pillows were comfy, we found plenty of room to store our stuff out of the way, that view is incredible for meals and watching/listening to the Luau at the Hilton next door, and check in was easy! We absolutely loved our stay, love the ilikai and this unit in particular.
