Great spot on a nice easily accessed property. We had an issue with our Wi-Fi during our stay, and the owner was responsive and worked with us to help. We enjoyed our daily walk to the Royal Hawaiian (pink) Hotel for a swim and a mai-tai. Will certainly stay there again!

The management company was awesome and was fast to respond to any concerns we had. The building offered a lot of convenient amenities. It had a great pool, convenience store, laundry facilities, restaurant and car rental. It was in a central location where you could walk to almost anything. The unit had a great patio but the unit itself needs a lot of updating. The kitchen and bathroom were very small and dated with no space to move around. The beds did not have conventional mattresses with no support hard to get in and out of.

Overall stay was fine - the location makes it easy to enjoy a variety of activities on the island.
The cons: We had requested an early check-in, but was understandably denied as it was a day-of request and they were cleaning the unit. However, we never received our door code after a long travel day, as they forgot to send it to us. After multiple calls/texts from the front desk and I, we were sent a code an hour after the original time. Once we got into the unit, there were dried eggs on the pans from the past guest and smudges along the bathroom mirror.
It’s important to note that most tropical places have bugs, but it was concerning to find multiple baby cockroaches in the bathroom/kitchen.

An amazing experience from the start of just booking. Josh was a great host who didn't skip a beat when it came to making our stay memorable. We used who he recommended from airport to the vrbo and Nelson was great! We ended up calling him to bring us to our next stop. This vrbo is nestled perfectly in the city with amazing food options along with nice nightlife and shopping centers galore.Josh stayed in constant contact with every question I had he had a quick response. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely book again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property last week.
The photos are accurate, the condo was sparkling clean and the location was perfect. Hosts thought of everything in this condo from beach chairs/towels to extra spices in the cupboard. The location is safe and the condo was very quiet. I have stayed at many locations in Waikiki and I loved this one, it is a short walk to everything you need.
Joshua is a very responsive host, he was so helpful with all information and the check out process. We also had the pleasure of meeting Hana who was the cleaning person, she was so lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend this property and we cant wait to go back. Mahalo for a great week!

Property is an older style as most are. Very close to beach and amenities. No resort fees is a bonus with a top deck pool, spa, sauna and games room. TV didn't work and took me 3 days to work it out after retuning it. Some information on location, operating the TV and building amenities would be a lot better than the 12 page rental agreement. Could do with some new crockery and glasses. Plates chipped and coffee cups aged and cracked. Priced reasonable for Hawaii. Would I stay again? Probably.

Got in late, 26 hours from North Carolina.....had the code to the room, even last code, nothing worked..no help from lady who gave us our fobs for the doors. Security finally sent someone up, he knew to put a check mark at the end of the code...got in. Should have been in our email? Air conditioning was non existent, uncomfortable the entire 14 days, never did cool the rooms day or night! I tried calling the number on our email..left messages..finally got a call back from a lady who could neither speak or understand English? Unacceptable. All she could repeat was send e-mail over and over. No help.
Bed marginal, pillows flat, bought our own to sleep. Still, loved the place. Once inside, everything worked. Would ask for it next time if AC works? Perfect location to town, restaurants, beach, shopping and tour bus pickup and drop off. Had a rental car the whole two weeks and had to pay for parking, $1,500 expense. Could have rented a car in from the building just for days needs...turned in at night, saved $800. Didn’t know. Overall, great time, would still recommend it to family and friends.

It was me and my girlfriend and we were just hoping to find something chill that we could enjoy and be close to beach. That’s what we experienced. Bathroom was small, but wasn’t an issue. Enjoyed balcony. TV wasn’t even worth bothering with not the bowls plates or rusty coffee pot. Still place was chill and we loved it. Will definitely be back

Located close to everything you need. Being a rental unit, do not expect any help from the hotel staff. They will treat you like the plague.
As for communicating with the owners, they close at 5, and are not in a rush to return calls or messages.
All in all, you get what you pay for. This place serves its purpose for a place to crash between adventures.

This is our 2nd time at this property, although in a different unit. I don't think there's another property that has the convenience, the amentities, the parking arrangements, and the comfort of a condo unit. Although I preferred the view of the previous unit on the 42nd floor (I think it was), this still had an amazing view. We did also like the layout of this unit a bit more too. While the a/c wasn't really any quieter, I reallly loved the fact they provided a remote control for both the fan and the a/c. We were able to dial-in our comfort levels pretty well. The bathroom is pretty tight, but we knew that and it was fine. We also really appreciated the backpack cooler and beach chairs, those came in pretty handy.

Words cannot express how satisfying it was to stay at this rental. From the moment you step inside the apartment, you can tell it's different from your average rental. The apartment is decorated quite nicely and gives you a sense of relaxation immediately, which was much needed after a full day of travel. It's impeccably clean and Joshua has gone above an beyond with bottled water, snacks and super soft, high quality linens. He is also very responsive to messages.
We stayed for 6 nights and were very comfortable the entire time. Our favorite thing was to open the windows and embrace the sea breeze flowing through.
We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again without hesitation!

It is the best place to stay in Honolulu. It is close to Waikiki beach in 10 minutes walk. Also there are tons of shops and restaurants near by. We enjoyed staying in this.
The room is quite clean and has spectacular views. Sunset is blocked by the buildings though. The amenities are full filled.
I would return to this room in the future.

I really enjoyed my over month long stay. The room was quite cozy and it was difficult for me to depart. I have a few recommendations to make the experience better. 1. The Security personnel working during the day was not very familiar with their duties and responsibilities regarding the unit. I constantly called Rental management of how to complete the process. 2. Update the instruction guide and instructions. The document is very outdated. 3. The bed, bathroom and kitchen was very tidy upon check in but the counter tops and entertainment area required deep cleaning. 4. Several times I was abruptly disturbed by unruly guests due to mistaken identity. Not the fault of the company just for your situation awareness. 5. Ensure your guests are fully aware of all rules and regulations...no one should be surprised of privileges or restrictions...ie gym usage. All in all I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend to anyone for sort or long term stay.

Location was great … walked all Waikiki locations and the car was needed to do our own family excursions. Facility parking was secure and easy to use. Clean, beds/comfy, air conditioner was noisy and leaked where the water bucket container filled and service needed to be contacted to empty—they responded when called 2-days later—my son emptied it as water flowed down from the balcony. Recommendation is to provide the information on locking the door when exiting . No instructions given. Great stay otherwise.

Few things were a bit odd (bed in the living room sandwiches the couch such that no wall plugs are able to be used, hair dryer wasn’t in an obvious location, cutting board under the sink…), but overall good stay. Was very excited to use the fancy looking bidet, however the water functions didn’t work properly (sprayer just went straight down…)

One of the cabinets fell on my foot and to this day is still very sore and I was down for almaotn3 days not being able to do much walking on the trip. Has made going back to work very difficult. The manager didn’t care. Stains on the sheets, very limited kitchen items to make anything. The pictures of the unit make it look like it’s much bigger than it really is. The AC unit didn’t work after multiple times try to get someone to fix it. Neither one of us slept because we were sweating the entire time. The owner said they were going to send someone to fix it and never did. Miserable stay and would have liked my money back but they ignore that.
