Beautiful villa and amazing views. The property is outstanding. Ko Olina is a peaceful retreat. The ocean is safe with a protected reef with fish for snorkeling. Tip: swim to the buoys in the middle of the swimming cove: move hand along any part of the rope to loosen the algae and watch the fish swarm to eat it. Walk past Four Seasons to see Hawaiian Monk seal on small beach (keep distance). We loved both pools and bar for mai tais and yummy drinks. Renu is a wonderful host. The villa has everything you need for an amazing stay. Comfortable beds, towels, furniture. Beach chairs, cooler. We just loved it. Book this. It’s a 10/10.

We've stayed in Koolina 4 times now. Hale Lokahi was a really nice place to stay. It was very close to the elevator which was close to the parking spot in the basement garage. We had a great view overlooking the "quiet pool." Staff was readily available if we needed anything. Only thing that could improve would be an upgrade on beach towels, boogie boards, and scuba masks/snorkels. Everything else was perfect.

Being able to have three families/generations in one residence was very nice! Having a full kitchen to make some of our meals was also helpful and needed for such a large group of people. Everyone had a memorable time!

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family gathering. It was roomy with 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. We could start our day with coffee on the balcony and have a beautiful view to the mountains on our right and on our left was the beach and ocean just steps away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The condo came with all the supplies needed for a day at the beach. It was a wonderful stay enjoyed by everyone in our group from age 5 to 68!

The 2-bedroom suite was in the Beach Club facility which was well outfitted with all amenities (some in the central building but accessible to guest in other two buildings on the property). Laundry was in-suite which was convenient as housekeeping service was only scheduled once during our stay. Restaurants, marketplaces and a local town with all normal shopping needs was close by. Area lagoons were busy each day due to public access and being the Fourth of July week. All in all it is a great place to stay albeit not the best week as the island was super busy.

My husband, granddaughter's and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Resort. The Penthouse was spacious, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The ocean view from the belcany was relaxing and beautiful. The environment was safe. The lagoon was never crouded which we really appreciated. We will visit again in the near future.

This was, as many have said here, the perfect place for our family vacation. I will not otherwise repeat all the positive things. They are all consistent with our experience.
I would say the dining choices near the resort are not abundant. The only reasonably priced high quality food we found was Monkeypod. The Four Seasons has high end dining which we used twice.

All thing I would change is that I believe the quiet and hot tub should stay open later than the other pools. Honestly, I would say 9 o’clock early for all the pools.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay at Damian’s condo. We were greeted by Shane Lewis who was the manager on site. He was very welcoming and punctual! From taking our bags up to walking us through the entire condo, Shane was top notch and very attentive to our needs. The condo was the perfect size if you’re traveling with a good size family. We traveled with our 20 month old, 3 year old and 2 older cousins. Something that wasn’t mentioned that should be, is that there are beach chairs, kids beach toys, water wings for kids and bodyboard. There’s also a pack and play in the closet! There’s 2 master bedrooms which was amazing and the third bedroom acted like a master!
The most important aspect of Damian’s condo is the convenience of the pool area and beach! We spent hours at the pool and beach everyday. The kids absolutely loved it! It’s definitely a deal maker if you have little kids. Even teens!!
I used the gym everyday and ran on the path every morning to get rid of the many Rainbow Drive Inn mixed plates we ate!
Overall, if you’re thinking about renting Damian’s condo…..JUST DO IT!! I promise, we will be renting in the very near future when we visit home again.

We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. We will always have fond memories of our stay with you.

Spent 10 days here. Unit is clean, lanai is beautiful and large. We ate all our meals enjoying the sun and ocean views from the deck. Lagoon in front is just a few minutes walk. Pools at Beach Villas were much enjoyed by our kids.

We LOVE this property. This was our third time staying in Ko Olina but first time at the Beach Villas. For us, this is the best place to stay. Excellent amenities for family, the staff is great, the property is super clean, easy access to the highway but you’d never know it from the views. Jeff and Shelby were excellent hosts, the villa was stocked with perfect basics to get you started. Beach trips were made easy with a boogie board, towels, chairs, buckets, etc… all ready to go in a closet. Basic laundry soap available so if you’re not brand picky, you’re covered there, too! The bed was more comfy than my bed at home and now makes me want to get a memory foam mattress! Prior to arrival I reached out a couple times with various questions, parking, sleeping arrangement, we went over Easter so I was curious about an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, etc… Jeff responded within 24 hours each time with a thorough response, no back and forth required. All in all, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back. Cheers!

The Ko Olina property has it all! Wonderful pools and access to a beautiful beach right out your front door. Easy access to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was well furnished with all the amenities you need for a week long vacation. Only a few things that could use an upgrade would be bedding. Pillows and blankets were worn out. And most of the beach toys were broken or worn out. (Broken buckets and boogie boards broken.) Also the instruction manual needs to be updated to include the new dishwasher. Our family of 6 just finished having a marvellous time. The unit had everything we could possibly want or need on our vacation. The coolers, beach chairs, extra towels and water toys were a pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfortable and we so enjoyed our early morning coffees in comfort on the deck. Renu, Nicole and Jen were very easy to deal with and quickly responded to any of our queries. The staff at the resort were all very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back.

We have been to the islands many times, but this was our first stay at the Villas at Ko'Olina. We really loved the accommodations, the service, and location! Being near the lagoons, pools and walking distance to the Aulani and nearby shops was terrific!
We did see quite a few very tiny ants in the villa - so would watch for those and be sure not to leave any food out. Otherwise - everything was lovely.

Beautiful, spacious condo with extra amenities to enjoy the beach! Our group of 5 adults and 2 children enjoyed the wagon and beach chairs. Wonderful view of the lagoon, and easy walk to the pool and beach. Also an easy walk to the marketplace with several restaurants. Only disappointment we experienced was that the listing originally stated the 3rd bedroom had a king bed AND 2 twins, which is why we chose this condo over others (reason for 4 stars on review), however, this has since been changed on the website. There was room for all, but just not configured how we had planned. It’s a perfect condo for 3 couples where each has their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely recommend it and we would love to stay again sometime!

Only recommendation is to consider adding a ceiling fan to master bedroom. Property management company was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We hope to return soon!

This was our first time in KoOlina and we loved it! The Beach Villas are not as crowded at adjacent properties so there was always room at the pools and beach.
The walk along the water from the marina to Paradise Cove is fantastic. It's fun to stop in to the other properties for meals, coffee, cocktails, shop or just look around. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance but you do need transportation for grocery shopping.
We had a family group of 16 with 8 people in 2 separate 3 bedroom units and that worked very well for us.
Our particular unit was well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking as well as lots of beach chairs, toys and towels for the pool or beach.

We love ko olina. Everything is about a 45 minute drive but you are outside of the metro feel of Waikiki which makes things more relaxing.
Unit is spacious and pretty well stocked. It’s second floor back by aulani drive and faces the open field with a partial ocean view. Only two complaints were- there was 1 coffee pod for the Keurig when we checked in and no coffee on site. Also, check out is 10am and security wouldn’t let us stay on property and use the pool til noon when we were leaving for the airport which I thought was ridiculous.
The property manager that met us at check in was very nice- aside from that we didn’t need to communicate much. There are fine and snorkels and boogie boards which came in handy in the closet as well.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Tower in this unit overlooking the pool and with a view of the ocean. The tiki torches at night and the constant buzz of families having fun, was a nice atmosphere for sitting out and enjoying coffee or a cocktail. We have stayed at Beach Villas before and this was our favourite view. The unit itself
is in need of a little TLC, but nothing that really affected our vacation so we still give full stars.
The lagoon and beach is where we spent most of our days, the sheltered water is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We also appreciate the quietness of the beach villas compared to the other properties in the area.
