There is no reason not to post this:After staying at three different locations on the islands, we found this condo to be run of the mill at best. The fact that there was not an extra roll of paper towels, no coffee, sugar, creamer, laundry, pods, all of which were available at our other locations through VRBO . It seems the condo association manages this as a bare bones minimum. our Christmas Eve meal at the resort was overly expensive 700 for three people and was not nearly as good as other restaurants that were half the price at other restaurants throughout the islands.

Had water amenities like snorkel gear available. More than two beach towels and some bbq tools might be a good idea. A text or email with all information might have made check in more effective but a very helpful security guard saved the situation. It was partly our fault for coming to the property after dark but no lights on the unit numbers was a struggle.

Everything was perfect at the condo!The beds were comfortable and it was clean. The upstairs bedroom/loft could use some updating but the rest of the place was very nice. I would have liked more information about the beaches and amenities that were available to us but we didn’t have much time.

Excellant location with a 10min or less walk to turtle bay and a 8-10mim drive to the nearest grocery store or gas station. Very nice resturants in the vicinity to walk to (on the expensive side). Only complaint, a TV in the bedroom would be nice. The condo itself is a perfect size for a couple. And is modern enough not to be dissapointed. Would stay again. side).

Our stay at this property in Turtle Bay exceeded our expectations! The location is unbeatable, offering stunning golf course views and proximity to some of Oahu’s best attractions. Just a short walk to the beach, it’s perfect for surfing and snorkeling enthusiasts, with incredible spots nearby to enjoy the ocean.Additionally, the property is conveniently located near the Polynesian Cultural Center, making it easy to immerse yourself in the rich Hawaiian culture. Property was a wonderful pick for a family of 4 adults. Condo had the desired space and function. We used the pool and pickleball court. We enjoyed the beaches and trails around the turtle bay resort. Dinner at Leo leis was excellent as well as the food trucks in Kahuku. Mgmt was responsive and security was.excellent. Was an excellent starting point for exploring the island. Watch out for chickens and speed bumps.

We did not realize somehow that there were steep stairs up. My husband is 82 years old and dragging those suitcases up was difficult to say the least. The refrigerator door handle was about to fall off, it was taped on. Sometimes the door opened easily, other times bu the time I got the door opened i flew across the room. Hall light is out. Hey - something positive - those Casper pillows were great & we want to order them for home. People should know about those stairs.

Do NOT stay here. The unit is dirty and unsafe; musty, moldy and grimy, no amount of cleaning could make this place liveable! There was bugs, grime, mold, broken screens and closers; we slept on the threadbaren towels on top of the bed in our clothes after finding hair, flakes and who knows what else on the bedsheets. No smoke detectorr in the bedroom, there is a hook up but no alarm ( code violation?) and the microwave is flush against the fridge so unable to open and if you can it causes heat and electrical smell as it does not have room to vent (not to code). The host is just out to hustle money and does not have any interest in making the unit habitable or enjoyable for guests; she was patronizing and rude. This place should be condemned and bulldozed! I was unable to find the short term rental license number on the state site and the host did not reply when asked. I am hoping VRBO steps up and supports us to have this listing removed and refunded so no other travels have their vacations interrupted by dealing with this unit and host!
We left after one night, the host offered to meet us in the morning before we left to discuss but did not show up and continues to refuse a refund.. so frustrating this place is listed!!

This was a wonderful experience for my family of 4. My 18 yr old boys slept on floor mats that were provided and my husband and I slept in very comfortable king bed. The location was great. Everything we needed was in the condo incl beach towels, snorkel equipment and rafts and beach chairs We stayed over Christmas and we were very pleased with all of it. We hope to be back! The hosts communicated very well with us. We own a property we VRBO in s. Utah so we know what it means to be exceptional hosts. These guys were the BEST!

Well equipped home for a family. Very clean and in excellent condition. Everything from cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, robes, grill, washer/dryer w detergent, keurig and regular coffee maker, magic bullet, basic starter spices etc. Easy walk to golf/tennis, Lei Lei restaurant, the beach and all Ritz restaurants. There is a market inside the Ritz Carlton with many basic food and toiletry items if you don’t want to head to Foodland. Very quiet neighborhood. We hope to be back.

Delicious iced coffee every day at Lei Lei's, sunsets at the Pill Box. Easy drive to the food trucks at Kahuku and the west beaches. Plus, we caught the Eddie Surf Comp 2024!

Northshore was beautiful, a nice escape from busy Waikiki. Had fun watching the huge angry waves and crazy surfers and eating good food at the food trucks nearby (affordable too). Location of condo was nice, walkable to Turtle Bay resort. Directions to the place could have been more detailed, especially tough at night. We paid for a later checkout time, but the code to open the gate into the complex expired at the regular checkout time. The management was not able to resolved the issue. We waited outside the gate for 45min. We got help from a random resident. The bedroom on loft has very little space, just enough for the bed; and ceiling is super low (can't stand straight up). Affordable, good 2- night stay.

Place was as advertised. Clean, well appointed. My family enjoyed the North Shore Beaches, eating at Hale'ewa, and golfing at the Ritz course which is within walking distance of the condo. Hale'ewa is a little bit of a car ride away for eating out and shopping... but worth the trip. Cute town. Great food. Great vacation!

Our family stayed here for two nights. The screen door on the slider fell off every time when trying to open or close it. There were a lot of bugs inside, including beetles, flies, and lots of other small bugs. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom one night, and it quickly scurried under the washer and dryer. There was mold (and looked like black mold) on the living room and bedroom curtains. The bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival and we used cleaning wipes that were very dirty after a few brief swipes. There was also a cutting board that was moldy with small bugs crawling on it. After sharing this feedback with the host, the response was, “thank you for the feedback and information. It’s much appreciated.” I’ll also note that we were aware there was no AC and were okay when booking it, but it was very uncomfortable even with all fans on high.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property! Our whole family left feeling happy and satisfied.
Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was spotless, well-organized, and very cozy. The air conditioning was perfect, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay.
Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances we needed, making it so convenient to prepare meals.
Family-Friendly Touches: What truly impressed us were the thoughtful amenities for kids! From life jackets to surfboards and sand toys, everything was provided, which made our beach days so much more fun and stress-free.
Room for Improvement: If there’s one thing to note, it’s that our particular room was a bit too close to the road. At night, the noise from motorcycles could be quite loud.
That being said, this didn’t overshadow our overall experience. It was a nearly perfect stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to choose this place again if we return to Oahu’s North Shore. Highly recommended for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation!

This condo was the perfect location for our visit to the North Shore of O’ahu. We could easily access several amazing beaches, hikes, restaurants, and boutique gift shops. We enjoyed the slower pace and fewer crowds of the North Shore.
The condo was clean and comfortable. The only work-around was the low ceiling in the loft, which we were aware of from previous reviews. My spouse and I each hit our head a few times before remembering to duck when getting out of bed :) Otherwise, we had a lovely stay! Thank you!!
