The unit itself was as advertised and the parking was perfect! Communication was clear and easy.. The ONLY downside was the upstairs neighbor. I'm not sure if it is another rental or owner-occupied, but several times, especially in the mornings starting around 5AM, they would open their sliding glass door that originally sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor ( yes, its THAT loud), and then they were smoking pot. My daughter noticed it first, and I don't know if if was coming through a vent or how it was coming into this unit, as our doors were always closed with the AC on.

Our stay at this condo was great. It was very clean, had everything we needed and check in was easy. My favorite thing about it was definitely the location! Easily accessible and walking distance to Royal Hawaiian. Parking was included and was a huge plus. Ive stayed at a few properties around the island but this has been my favorite, by far. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area

For us the parking, location and full sized refrigerator with freezer were the highlights! We had a plumbing problem that was immediately remedied which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a good spot to land in Waikiki area. Renovation, updated furniture and cosmetic repairs would be recommended. Thank you!

The place was very nice and clean. It had all of the things we needed for our stay, including a few spices, cooking spray, cleaning supplies. We learned not to turn the water faucets for the shower shouldn't be turned too far or else you will be in ankle deep water. It was very loud but that was due to being so close to things.

We loved the location and space, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The included parking was great and overall enjoyed staying here. I will say that I was sent the wrong code for check in and communication was slow from the host. Everything else was great!

Very well done room. Everything was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable! They had everything we needed for our week stay including extras like beach towels, chairs and toys. Our only two concerns were the tub wouldn't drain (which we would temporarily fix with the plunger) and the noise from outside was an annoyance. They did offer to come have a plumber look at the tub, but I wasn't sure if our schedule so I told them just to do it when we left. The AC was nice and the location was just fine for us! The biggest bonus was the free parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Our studio apartment might have appeared small were we to stay any longer but it was perfect for our visit with all the amenities we required. This place is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. It was fantastic having a parking spot that we didn't have to pay extra for.
Check in was easy. All you need to do is read the detailed instructions.
Perfect stay for 2 people. The central location allowed us to walk to the many restaurants in town after driving to farther beaches during the day

The unit looks way nicer in the photos so keep that in mind. Still a great stay just a little run down. The a/c works but does not circulate in the room so the room is still warm. In a very noisy location downtown so you can hear all the sirens and outside noise all night. those two are really my only complaints. Great location downtown. Walk to everything. Has everything listed in description. Good pool. Small parking spot/garage so keep that in mind. I’d stay here again for the price.

The pictures in the ad were when the property was first cleaned and new. Now the property is old, used and abused not well kept. Needs alot of cleaning and updating. Some roaches appeared some nights. My sister stayed in the same building in another room and it was so much nicer for the same price. The kitchen sink garbage disposal still didnt work from a previous renter as mentioned in the reviews which means it never got fixed. Check in and out process was easy if you follow all the instructions in the emails they send.

Wonderful little apartment right on Kuhio and Seaside. Came with a parking space which was fantastic. Within 2 blocks walking distance of Waikiki beach and all the shopping on the main drag. Close to a lot of restaurants that don't cost as much as the ones on Kalakaua.
Security was also good. Some parking thief stole our spot one night and left the lights on. The guard knocked on our door to let us know. I talked story with him the next day and he told me about his days flying combat missions in the AC-130.
Speaking of the stolen spot, the rental company was great to work with. They found us a secondary parking spot in the garage in under five minutes. James was also very responsive whenever we had a question about the property.
The only two small gripes we had was a slight smell from the garbage disposal in the sink and at night it got a little noisy from all the neighborhood bars but honestly it's not that bad. And if you're doing a Hawaiian vacation right, you'll be so tired from shopping or hiking or swimming that you'll be passing out regardless.
I would definitely stay again and recommend this to others.

Quiet space and great kitchen facilities. Could use small food garbage bags to avoid roaches. Bathroom shower curtain needs replacing and a bigger thicker bath mat. Bathroom fan is needed. Could use a desk to do office work. Cars half parked in my space and other cars not fully parked in their space making it hard to pass. Would prefer location towards Diamond Head or Ala Moana to drive out of Waikiki quickly to meetings. Would like future discounts if possible.

5 stars for its location and a reserved parking spot. Check in was very easy and the property manager was very professional. It also has air conditioning which is a huge plus. However, everything inside is very old and some of the things are breaking down. Considering it's price, I am ok with having only basic necessities but I expect them to be in working condition. The lanai curtain gets stuck every time its opened and it was struggle to close it. It has most utensils but they are either unclean or breaking down. The non-stick cookware has scratches in them which could be a health hazard when cooking. The knives have deposits on them in the corners of handles which shows that they were not cleaned properly for a long time. Once the pillow covers are removed, you notice that the pillows are all stained. I doubt if the pillows were ever cleaned. The floor was vacuumed but it was sticky. We tried to wipe parts of the floor with clorox wipes and they turned BLACK which shows that the floor was probably never mopped. We loved it's location and price. However, everything else inside needs a thorough clean. We will probably rebook this place if we visit again as it is close to everything but we will probably bring our own sheets and clean everything before we use.

Feels very safe because you need a key fob to get to any of the floors of the building. Also really enjoyed that there was a fridge, dish washer, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I thought this was overall a good place to stay.
Pros: The room itself is clean but the building not so much. The location is very close to Waikiki, it took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. 5 to walk to various shops and dining.
Cons: Since the location is so close to the shopping center and beach it can get pretty loud at night. We were on the 11th floor and could hear everything from music from the restaurant down the street to cars and people yelling. I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you can as the pillows provided are pretty bad. We had to stack multiple pillows on top of each other to make them decent to sleep on.
We did not spend a lot of time in the room as we were out exploring, if you are looking for something like that this is your place!

The place was good and location was near everything there is music playing from the restaurant near by but it ends at 10pm so it was not too bad. The parking was great very convenient. Only thing the chairs were very wobbly some screws came off so we were scared to sit on them. The kitchen sink wasn’t working but I contacted the owner and they replied fast. Overall, it has been a great spot to stay. Right in the middle of the hub with many places to go, dine, grab a drink, shop, and explore. Near beaches and close to the highway. The place was clean and spacious. Having the AC to sleep if it were too hot was also a plus. I’d definitely stay here again.

Room was exactly as described and comfortable. Unfortunately, someone smashed the windshield of our rental car in the parking lot overnight. Owner was apologetic, but building management showed no interest in vandalism occurring in their lot even though it was secured and had video cameras.
