First off, how can you beat turtle bay? Steps to the beach, pool at the doorstep, plenty of sleeping space for my family of 6. Having access to the snorkeling gear and boogie boards was so nice and all of kitchen tools were well stocked. It felt like being in my own home. I will book again for sure.

We were a party of 4 adults and 1 ten year old child. The 3 Brm unit on the ground floor was perfect as 2 of the adults were elderly and would have trouble with stairs. The unit was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Even though we were right across from the pool, it was very quiet during the day and at night. The restaurants (expensive) at the Turtle Bay resort were a short walk if you didn't want to cook and there were less expensive options if you were willing to drive. The only negative is that the Villas are at least an hours drive from Pearl Harbor and more during rush hour. If the majority of your activities are going to be in Honolulu or it's surroundings, I'd look for a place to stay much closer to the downtown area.

Beautiful property with unbelievable view of the ocean. Beach was great. Snorkeling was great . Well stocked closet full of everything you need for the beach. Great trails to hike right on the property. Access to the resort was a nice bonus. All access codes provided well in advance with an impressive list of amenities and arrival instructions. Great spot. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here for a family vacation. It truly had everything we needed. The villa was spacious and clean with an amazing view of the pool and the ocean. The pictures don’t do it justice.
We were initially worried that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the amenities at the resort, but we actually spent a good amount of time there dining, shopping, watching the sunsets and swimming at the shared beach.

After a long and delayed trip from the East Coast it was an absolute delight to open the front door and enter the condo. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s in a great location by the condo only pool and just 1 min walk to the beach. Kitchen is fully loaded and the beach locker is stacked with beach chairs/umbrellas/snorkels etc..bed linen is high quality and felt brand new. Everything was great. Just remember to get out of the resort bubble and it’s absolutely insane prices.

The photos don’t do this place justice! Beach is right outside the gate, everything is easy to acces. Resort and restaurants are close and amazing. Our first stay on Oahu North shore and I can’t imagine it being better. The apartment had everything we needed for our days on the beach including chairs, towels, snorkel gear and more.

The villa was great = clean, comfortable, quick and easy access to the beach, and easy access to restaurants and bars at the resort. The villa has a great view of the ocean and the beach is just steps away.
The parking lot is very safe and secure as is the villa property itself.
I definitely hope to book a return trip to this villa next year.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We had all the comforts of home with the added benefits of beach supplies readily available for our use and our enjoyment! The place was so clean, the beds were so comfortable, the linens were so soft, and the parking was so convenient. It was very quiet and very relaxing! If we ever return to the North Shore we will definitely stay here again.

The Villas very proximate to the Resort but separate and easily accessible with assigned parking space close to your Villa. Right next to Roy’s bar/restaurant a real plus. Right infront of the beach shared by resort and general public - but not crowded while we were there. The Villa itself is spacious and well appointed. The Lanai is a generous size, shaded, with best views. Our Villa had a storage locker filled with beach equipment. Kitchen actually quite well appointed although we did not cook.

This was a "you deserve it" trip for my Mom. Everything was perfect! The condo and property was exactly like the listing. Communication was easy via email, directions were spot on, condo had everything (not just one TP roll, or a one-time use of dish soap like you get at many STR). Will love to come back soon.

Jan was very responsive and helpful in organizing and answering questions about the property. The space was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We were not wanting for any amenities. It was a short walk to excellent swimming in the ocean and the pool was lovely as well. My whole family was comfortable and we had an excellent trip!

The perfect way to end our Oahu Vacation. We had come to the North Shore to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We had two families of four plus my mom. Every one had a comfortable place to sleep and an open space to hang out it. We loved going on the Lanai for our morning coffee, evening drinks and of course any time to look out at the ocean. The beach access being so close made the teens traveling with us very happy. The beach itself was calm enough for our most cautious of swimmers. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach gear in the unit.
A short drive to some amazing food trucks for lunch and a farm stand for some fresh fruit. The kitchen was fully functional and we were able to grill burgers at the community grill.
Jean and her team were very communicative and helpful prior to our stay as well as after with very quick responses.
Definitely would stay here again for our next Oahu adventure.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was so comfortable and had so many small features that other properties lack, like lots of table and counter space for phones/drinks/sunglasses, great water pressure in the shower, towel and key hooks, and ample seating in the dining and living room, and a working printer. It's really the little things that make a huge difference in comfort. It was close to the beach and resort and still very quiet. Beautiful ocean views as well!

Just what we needed as a family to unwind and relax on the North Shore. Nothing beats this location with its connection to the Turtle Bay Resort. Unit 309 was spacious and had the exact view as in the pictures. What made the trip for us were the evenings that we spent sunset surfing off the point break. The parking spot is super close, and the Beach locker was stocked with everythig we could have possibly needed. Overall it was a true 5-star experience.

We loved our stay here! The unit was spotless and very nicely decorated. The space worked perfectly for our multi generation family of 7. The third bedroom having 2 beds was key for our 2 adult children and grandchild to use. We loved having a kitchen with everything we needed to cook dinner and also used the grill on property which was very clean. Although we did not take advantage of using the beach chairs and toys we appreciate that they were offered if needed. We would highly recommend this place to others.

A big benefit was that there is a supply room full of beach toys, chairs and beach gear. It really made the trip fun as you can't pack it all when flying. Our small unit was lovely and the property is beautiful. We were very disappointed with how we were treated by the Turtle Bay resort personell. At every chance, they told us they couldn't help us because we were staying in the Villas. OVV appropriately communicated limitations on TB pool access and towel service, but we didn't realize how much we were missing out on by not staying in a hotel owned property. Yes, we could pay extra for amenities, but the prices were ridiculously different. For ex, staying in a hotel owned condo would have cost $40 per unit per day to participate in ALL classes, activities, etc. compared to what we had to pay which is $50 per person per activity (hula dancing, intro to serve, exercise class, hula dancing etc.) We were even "scolded" (by Lee in TB customer service) for being at the pool bar at night when we called to report a missing ID (all communication said that was OK). This was not the fault of OVV, but obviously there is some bad feelings between non-hotel owned condos and the hotel which made our stay less than ideal. It would be better if we had not expected any collaboration with TB resort. We do not recommend staying in a non-TB owned unit.
