The owner was great at communicating and the condo was clean had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was nice to have a booklet that explained the rules of the condo. Everything we wanted to do was at walking distance.

We had a fun stay at this condo. We had two separate bedrooms and my son slept on an inflatable full sized mattress. Location was great. We walked to middle of Waikiki within 15 minutes. Having its own gated parking space saved a lot of money. Great view of the canal and mountains from the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked and the Bathroom had plenty of leftover shampoo, soap and sunblock from previous visitors. Take a look at them before you buy anything. Shower had great water pressure and hot water. Monica was helpful with checking in. The building manager checked on us in midweek to see if we any extra towels. the laundry is available on the same floor next to our unit. 7/11 is an easy 2-3 minute walk from the building if you needed something quickly. Why we couldn’t give it a 5(I give it a 4.5 *) is two things: 1. The location and plantation and windows don’t allow for a quiet overnight. You definitely will hear loud cars and motorcycles coming down the street. I would recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. 2. The pool is pretty small and not a place the kids would want to spend time in. Overall. Great value.

The property is very welcoming, accomodating, and pretty perfect for traveling. My family and I stayed for a week and all we really needed was to buy food since we cooked most of our stay. The food trucks were very convenient also! A really nice location since its downtown and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. It was very well supplied. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

The condo was clean, well equipped and very functional. We enjoyed being able to walk to beaches and shopping. It was also fun to watch the canoes in the canal and the baseball games on the field. We would return to the property if we come back to the island.

We had a flood in our condo on our first full day in Hawaii...the janitorial staff did take care of this immediately.
The "air conditioning" was ineffective and always had an error message and did not provide any cooling.
Received a message from host saying shower gel and coffee were available...shower gel was so watered down it was thinner than water. We had enough coffee to make just one pot. Had to continually ask for more toilet paper.
One plus...parking was included in fees charged, but, I recommend continuing your research.

This was our first time in Hawaii, and it did not disappoint! Location was close to everything. Laundry on site. A secure building. Communication with the owner/manager team was amazing. AC worked great. If you looking for a quiet peaceful spot this is not for you. MANY sirens day & night. Balcony nice but if you want it for sunshine youll be disappointed. Twin beds a little lumpy. King good. Couch ok but not comfortable for long. Kitchen fantastic.

Everything was perfect from check-in to all the stuff in the condo. Our only complaint was the sound of the sirens and the vehicles, that we hear every night from the 10th floor, we got used to it after a while. Overall it was great, Dan was a good host answered all our questions. We will recommend his place if he opens it up again.

The property is exactly as described. Nice, small, convenient apartment with security and an awesome parking spot! Beds were oh so comfy and the sheets smelled really nice when we crawled in exhausted from our day's adventures. Our hosts were super-responsive when we had an issue even though it was a holiday weekend - so appreciated.
Others commented about the noise - yes, there is city noise at all hours. Waikiki is a busy area of Honolulu and noise common to larger cities (cars, motorcycles, sirens) should be expected.

We enjoyed our time in Hawaii with our three teenage daughters. This was a great place to stay and was close to everything without having to be in the middle of downtown. Having an assigned parking space was a plus! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. All the sights we wanted to see were either within walking distance or a short drive away. Definitely a great place to stay!

The property is small but perfect size for my family of 3. It was located near a group of food trucks and an ABC store which made it convenient for those days that we didn't feel like driving. The exterior of the building is old but the condo was nice and clean. The host, Mae, stopped by and asked if everything was ok.

We had a decent stay for 6 nights. There were 5 of us and having 1 bathroom was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Being able to cook in the unit was a plus and the assigned parking spot was very convenient. Hanging out on the balcony was also very nice.

Location was a big hit for this stay. Lots to do within walking distance and free parking nearby for everything that wasn’t. Thought the street and pool noose would bother us but everyone slept like a baby. A/C in the rooms kept us cool when we needed it. Plenty of beach stuff to use if you want and nearby 7-Eleven and grocery for the kitchen. Mahalo!

Overall we enjoyed the property and the fun items available to you: boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. TV doesn’t work, just heads up. But Wi-Fi works, only one room has ac, the other one doesn’t. And the parking was a total nightmare. Compact, fifth floor, very confusing elevator system (two separate entries and exits for one parking building but not all will work), and the security guards for the parking building were very paranoid and aggressive, esp towards our minority family members. Aside from all this, we enjoyed the friendly condo building managers and the clean pool and access to grill.

Check in process was easy but there was no mention at all about the parking situation. I ended up spending an additional $166 to park my rental car at a garage for 4 days. There is street parking but MAX 2 hours but free from 10pm-6am.
The condo was beautiful but the air conditioner kept leaking all over the patio. There was a pan under there and a towel to sop up whatever was leftover. I felt bad because it dropped to the patios below so we turned the ac off and it was super hot.
Luckily we were able to book an additional night because our flight home to vegas was cancelled because of the system outage and didn’t fly out until 1130pm. Unfortunately when I got home I got a message from the owner saying I stole $85 worth of towels! I even washed almost ALL the towels and put them back!! I’ve never been accused of stealing in my life! A charge of $280 was requested! After checking with the cleaners the request was rescinded cause they found the towels!!!

Stayed here for a week celebrating one of my daughter's graduation..not only was the accomodations clean & comfortable, we were pleasantly surprised to find how many of the local attractions were within walking distance. We spent the majority of the mornings & afternoons on excursions or at the beach, relaxed at the room for a while, before heading back out on foot to find dinner. It was a very enjoyable stay.
A very nice perk was the Britta water jug that was provided. We used it religiously and appreciated every drop of water we didn't have to purchase. Very thoughtful!

It’s a perfect little place to make your Homebase. It located right off of the Waikiki shopping and hotels. Easy walk to the beach and park. Nothing fancy. Very comfortable and clean. There are beach chairs and boards on the lanai. Kitchen is fully stocked just bring your groceries. There is a small cooler too. We really enjoyed watching the paddlers on the canal and walking to some great restaurants. It was a great stay!

Everything was perfect! There was enough space for all 8 of us. There were enough supplies such as towels, extra beddings and toiletries. The location was close to a 7-11 if we needed something quick and easy. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. Dan was very helpful when I texted him.

Lovely condo in the heart of Waikiki. The building was having some AC issues but the wall unit kept the main area relatively cool. The main road was loud at night but to be expected in this location. Super clean with many towels and extra sheets available.
