I recently stayed at this beautiful holiday apartment in Hawaii, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a clean, well-appointed with breathtaking views. The apartment is tastefully decorated with homely touches that make you feel like you’re truly in your own home.
The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and great restaurants. Waking up every morning and having coffee on the balcony was a highlight. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable after a long day of exploring.

Loved the location and would stay there again. Located at the beginning of Waikiki. An easy 1 block walk to the beach or main strip for shopping and food. Parking is about a block away, but an easy walk. Condo was clean and the property manager was quick to respond (shower handle broke one day and he fixed it within a few hours).

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. So close to the beach and shopping! I loved the two balconies as way to get a little space away from the family and enjoy the sites.
The only recommendation that I would have is to have some directions on how to get to the nearest beach, but other than it was perfect. Thank you.

This unit is centrally located to everything you need. It was the type of location we were hoping for when we booked our trip. We decided to pay extra for the 2 Bedrooms and with a family of 4 (adults) this was perfect for our needs. The patios where very nice to sit on and relax with nice views of the beach and sunset. Having a unit on the 8th floor was best for views. We also could see the fireworks from a neighboring hotel as well. We really appreciated having free parking just down the street which was an added bonus. Paul and team where very responsive to our questions and the unit was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay - including chairs, boogie boards and even a pickleball set for us to play while we where there. I would definitely recommend the Regency on Beachwalk to friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The space itself was fine - a little dated but fine. Where we had major issues were with the cleanliness of the room.
1) We had cockroaches in the room on the first night we were there. All we had on the counter was bananas. The second morning, I put donuts in a box on the counter for 5 minutes, and I came to get a donut, and there was a cockroach. Paul did address the issue and came to the room and sprayed, but we still saw cockroaches.
2) The toilet didn’t look like it was thoroughly cleaned. When I lifted up the toilet seat, there were urine stains all over the back of the seat.
3) There are lots of place in the corners where there are dirt stains. I get it’s an older property (which I did not realize upon booking), but I did t expect it to have that many areas of dirt stains. Also, I question how well the room was cleaned as I found someone else’s socks under a chair in the bedroom.
The beach chairs, amount of towels and beach gear was really nice and Paul was good to work with. Just dissatisfied on overall cleanliness.

We stayed here with our family and let me tell you, we were so impressed! Came with parking which is a huge plus. Just a block down from the beach. Right next to Fort Derussey. Lots of greenery in front, not a bunch of buildings blocking the view. Also perfect view of Friday fireworks from lanai. The owner takes great care of this unit and we felt very lucky to stay here. It was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing experience at the Regency on Boardwalk, the space is plenty for a family of five. The location was perfect as everything is mostly in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and the beach access is very close as well. Perks were the parking pass, beach toys, and the separate lanai’s. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome goodie collection of Hawaiian favorites. The condo was very well cleaned on arrival and checkin and checkout were very clear. If you are looking for a great space to stay definitely think about this place.

We enjoyed our short stay in this property. The unit was clean, and it was only a short walk to the beach. Parking is in an open lot a quick walk away, but you can load/unload your stuff in the front of the condo. I cannot speak to the laundry facilities since we weren’t there long enough to use them. There is occasional city noise but we expected that being closer to the activity of Waikīkī. It had everything we needed, including boogie boards and beach chairs. If there were things we forgot, an ABC store is right below the condo. We would stay here again.

We loved this place! So many helpful items included, from beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards, to a fully stocked kitchen, to bathroom items including toothbrushes and makeup wipes, chargers in the bedrooms, free parking in a close by lot, laundry rooms on site (note: just 2 washers and 4 dryers for the entire building, but it wasn’t a problem and you can easily track which ones are in use on the WashConnect app), and even some treats provided by the owner. We especially appreciated how clean everything was. Walking to the beach and many shops and restaurants in Waikīkī was a breeze. We especially loved Lahaina Shave Ice next to the hotel. We’d love to stay here again!

We have stayed in many different vacation rentals all over the US. This was an excellent experience. The condo was nice, clean, spacious and a great location to everything. If you are seeking the beach veiw, this would not be it. You can see the ocean. It is located about a block away. Parking is a nightmare in Waikiki. This rental comes with parking located across the street. I would stay here again, if just for the convenience of the is difficult to find a rental with seperate bedrooms, which this has. Most of the rentals have a slide between the bed and the rest of the unit. This is a very comfortable unit, especially if you have multiple children or guests. With the exception of not being beach front, this is an excellent rental...highly recommend it! A+++++

This condo was open, bright, clean, and more spacious than it looked from the pictures. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating with a table for dining and great views.
We were four adults with an 8 month old and had plenty of space. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. No A/C in bedroom off the living room but there was a fan which made it comfortable.
Kitchen had cooking utensils, although wish it was stocked with spices/cooking oil, etc. Condo was on a side street so it was quiet, at one end of the street was all the action and the other end was the beach access so location was great.
Parking was easy and close. I was concerned after reading some other reviews and having a baby that it might be inconvenient, but it was not. Parking was less than a block away, took 3-4 minutes to walk to parking lot. The beach was also a 5 minute or less walk and it was a pretty beach. Overall we loved our stay, we usually stay towards the end of Waikiki so this location was different but still really nice. The condo was also located within 10 minute walk to the food truck park which we ate at many times. Do wish they provided more paper towels as we ran out pretty early on in the trip but there is an ABC store downstairs and longs pharmacy down the block. Beach chairs and towels provided, plenty of toilet paper, and towels for bathing. The building is clean, no pool but beach is so close it did not bother us. Will definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the property as it was exactly as described. The place is new, comfortable for up to 6 adults. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is great, and the kitchen and living area are very functional. There is a good view to the park and sea from the main lanai. We particularly enjoyed the attention to detail as everything is provided, from toiletry to bath / beach towels, and all one needs in a fully-equipped and functional kitchen. There are even beach chairs, a cooler, tennis rackets, etc... The WiFi is excellent and reliable. Special mention to Paul, the helpful property manager, whom we were happy to meet and chat with.

The property was in a great location and the parking pass saved us quite a bit of stress and money. We enjoyed the ability to enjoy the fresh air via 2 patios and the laundry room was extremely convenient as it was just outside and to the right of the apartment. We stayed at Regency at Beachwalk unit 71 for a week, two adults and three kids. The condo had everything we need (beach towels, beach chairs, laundary detergent, etc). Parking was a couple blocks away but included. Washer and dryer were next door to the unit and was $2.75 per load per machine. The location is awesome, close to great restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. Property manager Paul was awesome. He was really responsive whenever there was a question or issue. My kids accidentally unplugged the WiFi setup and he was very responsive in getting it back up.

Within a block of the Embassy Suites. Easy beach access and easy beach walk access. Kitchen is perfect for making breakfast and lunch at home. We liked to eat out for dinner. Huge benefit that we didn't realize immediately is that the place comes with a parking pass for lot less than a block away. Clean and well appointed.

This was a very well-maintained property with a nice balcony and kitchen. The two bedrooms were also nice. We had a party of six so two had to sleep on the sofa sleeper, which they reported is being very uncomfortable. The metal bars went into their backs, and the mattress caved in the middle so one of them ended up sleeping on the floor.there was only one bathroom for all of us to share. We got by, but had to make some adjustments. For some reason, I thought this was a two bathroom facility until we walked in. My fault for not having read the description better.

We've stayed in this complex twice, and it works well if you want to be in the heart of Honolulu.
Very clean. Comfortable beds and couch. This time there were more kitchen items which was nice. We didn't cook but there are things to do so.
Close to restaurants, shops, and beach. Easy check in and out. Free parking about 5 minutes walk away which was pretty simple. There is street noise but to be expected given you are in the action :)
We had 5 people staying for one night and 4 people the 2nd night. Couch has a fold out bed which worked out well. There is only one bathroom so keep that in mind if you are planning on 5 or 6 people. I would stick with 4 people max for most comfort but we did okay with 5 people (family).
Overall a good experience. It's expensive but probably no more expensive than anything else in Honolulu!

The home was so welcoming, we received a bunch of snacks and welcoming gift. A lot of guidance and tour information was in the home, so we did not need to do a lot of research.
The home was clean, comes with everything and very kid friendly. Supplies was already provided for the beaches and everything was close at a walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Regency on the Beachwalk was perfect! The place was comfortable for my family 4 and had beautiful views of Waikiki from our balcony as well as close to Kalakaua Avenue (where all the main shopping and restaurants are on Waikiki) as well as an easy block and half access to the beach. One convenience which we totally appreciated was the parking pass! Parking was just a block away and made it so smooth to be at our apartment and then hop in our car to see family or see the sights. We would definitely want to stay here again when we return - maybe for a 101st birthday next year!

This was a nice condo with a great view of the skyline! Furnishings were nice with a fun family layout!
Beaches, food and malls just a block away in any direction with plenty to do.
This part of town is dense, so shared parking is one block away. If driving a car, you'll want to be patient during check in as you have to retrieve your parking key from the room before you can park the car.
That said, this condo was great, and I'd stay here again when visiting downtown Honolulu.
