Our overall experience with the condo is that it is weathered and tired and in need of a refresh. The living room sofa and chairs have spots. The deck table, chairs and lounge need to be stained again. The cushions are ripped and stained as well. The kitchen sink faucet is broken and so is the ice maker. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, dishes, etc. The primary bath needs a good cleaning, the toilet paper holder is broken. The primary bed and linens were fine. The outside property building needs to be cleaned along with all the outside windows.

The property is old and outdated, in need of a significant refresh to meet the standards of a luxury listing. The fridge was problematic—it froze our eggs and vegetables, leaked water onto the floor (which we had to mop up repeatedly with the replacement part never materializing over our 2 week stay), many overall caused inconveniences. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with limited supplies and subpar utensils; for instance, plastic flippers were the only option for barbecuing, and the quality of items felt like Walmart basics.The stove top frequently shut off and had to be reset, including twice at the breaker panel. There was no broom in the unit, and when we requested one, we were given a broken-handled broom (seemingly salvaged from a dumpster), accompanied by an apology and a promise of a new one that never materialized.Evening conversations with other guests confirmed our observations: the units do not meet the quality standards one would expect from a property of this caliber.

We spent 6 nights at this beautiful beach side villa with our 4 grandchildren ages 9 - 14. It was a near perfect place. The beach is protected from major waves but enough surf for great fun on boogie boards, and a good cove for snorkeling. The grounds are beautiful, the villa roomy with a nice floor plan and big Lanai overlooking the pool and beach. Our grandchildren loved it and so did we.

This condo is in a great location, tucked away from the busy parts of Turtle Bay resort, but close enough to walk to and enjoy their amenities. Ocean view is stellar. Highly recommend.

Everything about the villa, customer service. condo furnishing and weather were on pointe. They have it stocked with most everything you might need from kids beach toys to complete outfitted kitchen. All high end working appliances. Loved everything !!!!

This condo was the perfect size for my family. Great views from every direction. Hearing the waves outside at night made us not want to leave the place. It was quiet and peaceful. The unit was in a great location and well equipped. It was clean and comfortable and the staff for Oceanfront were excellent. Our unit was close to the pool and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the hotel. Parking is very convenient and it was nice to have access to the storage for anything you might want for a beach day. They are very serious about "quiet hours" so no late night partying outside!

Everything was lovely, except we found out Villa guests cannot use the resort swimming pools. Very disappointed and embarrassed to have security escort my grandchildren and their mom out of the pool. I had no idea this wasn't allowed. I felt terrible. Wouldn't probably stay there again if kids come along.

Perfect vacation stay for my husband and I. Loved the location being so close to Turtle Bay Hotel and two beachfront restaurants. Property is well maintained and has lots of beach accessories to use like chairs, towels, mini cooler, etc... Only wish check in was a little earlier, it's stated clearly it's 4:30 pm but since we had been at Turtle Bay we had asked if we could get in a little earlier at 4:00 pm but no response. Understand but would have liked a response. Very nice maintenance man on property helped with slight confusion on key pad. Overall great stay, thank you for your hospitality.

The location was amazing! But the condo was old and dusty. The shower leaked water all over the floor. It wasn’t nice for the amount of money, I would have rather stayed in the hotel next door. Nothing compares to the north shore of Oahu and the Turtle Bay Resort is incredible. The villas provided the benefits of a home setting, but our villa was somewhat disappointing. A major factor was the misrepresentation of the bedroom privacy screen - mgmt admitted broken for some time, but picture and description remained on website. The furnishings and bed/bedding are worn, without any extra blankets. Fortunately we had only 2 people, and the kitchenette sufficed, but could see a challenge for a family. Appreciated the extra supplies of paper products. Suggest attention to flooring - bathroom is stained and dirty, kitchen tile is chipped and rug is stained/worn. The location and amenities are excellent - it could have been awesome.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful property! Perfect for nana, kids and toddler grands. Beach chairs and snorkeling gear were a bonus. Turtle Bay was just what we needed! We cooked in, visited food trucks and ordered take away from Beach House. All great. Day trips to Kualoa Ranch, Botanical Gardens, Sharks Cove and more! Parking was great or 2 rental cars.

The villa was beautiful, clean and most important, the location described the real "Hawaii". We couldn't be more happy about choosing this rental. The villa was everything it stated in the description and everything you see in the pictures were exacty that. We had a pool/hot tub, a beautiful beach, and all the necessities you need for a great beach experience. The umbrellas, cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear came in handy! It was great being away from Honolulu/Wikiki and all the tourist. Such a calm and quiet getaway....exactly what we were looking for.

This beautiful home was everything we dreamed of and more. It looks exactly like the photos, exceptionally clean, the most comfortable beds and every need provided for.
We arrived in the evening to balmy breezes, lit tiki torches and moonlight over Kawela Bay.
Turtle Bay, the North Shore and this Ocean Villa are very special places, we hope to return soon.
For an adventurous day try Sea and Board Sports Hawaii. Surfing, snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking and hiking and turtles with JC & James, a great family day out.

It was the perfect place for me and my daughters. The location was nice and within a few steps to the beach. The amenities were great! It was nice to have all the beach gear there and ready for us. Villa was perfect, even better than the listing pictures. Very clean, well appointed and easy to get to (thanks to the great directions from host). View was gorgeous, with beach access right there. Loved being onsite with the resort and access to all their restaurants, we were able to walk to the beach bar too many times! Get the Mai Tais :)
