We loved our stay at the Turtle Bay Villas. It was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach was so close, the water was pretty calm and warm while we there at the beginning of September. Great communication whenever we had any questions. We enjoyed being able to walk to over to the Turtle Bay Resort and dine at their wonderful restaurants. We highly recommend!

We spent a fantastic holiday at Turtle beach with 2 other couples. The condo was very clean and comfortable, the complex is beautiful. We enjoyed having the pool so close to our Lanai. The bars and restaurants at the Ritz were very welcoming to us. We also enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Turtle Beach is a beautiful area with nice walking trails, golf, and pickleball. Long empty beaches to walk on.

I had the most wonderful time with my family for a week's stay. I truly appreciate the North shore of Oahu. I was concerned about travelling while needing a knee replacement, but this place was perfect. It was a short walk to the pool, ocean, and wonderful restaurants. Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay #302 was utterly perfect! The apartment itself is well appointed and had everything one could need from beach chairs to snorkeling gear to cookware to the very comfortable furnishings. The view from the lanai is sublime! Waking to the palms ruffling in the breeze, and hearing the water lapping in the lagoon really made this location feel like the paradise it is.
The beach and water are exquisitely clean and inviting, and the swimming, and other pastimes on (or near) property really made for a wonderful balance of activity and relaxation.
From a practical standpoint, the management company communicates incredibly well, and all our questions were answered and needs met.
Will definitely stay here again!

We had the best time staying here! The condo was perfect and the view from the back porch was amazing! We loved how it overlooked the pool and the beautiful beach! Beautiful views everywhere we walked and we loved the tiki torch ambiance at night around the property. The condo was very spacious and clean. Looked exactly like the pictures and everyone could see the ocean from their rooms! The beds(and pillows) were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for a family with small children as there was a pack n play provided as well. Less than 5 min walk to Turtle Bay resort and great restaurants. We will definitely be back! :)

It feels as if it is 30 years old and maintenance is an issue. That is not a problem for the holidaymakers of course and is caused in part by being on the edge of the ocean. Not just any ocean as the waves get huge and the property will get salt spray everywhere which is corrosive. The site is fantastic as are the staff, the golf course, and the beachside facilities.

We've stayed at the property twice now. It's a beautiful in real life as in the pictures. Terrific location - we love the relaxing pace of staying on the north shore. Great having a kitchenette to cook in as well as the restaurants, bar, and market in Turtle Bay. Hope to visit again in future!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Emily & Diego's villa, along with our 1-year-old daughter. The place is well-appointed, and it was so nice to be able to walk straight out onto the lawn overlooking the ocean every morning. Much better than a balcony with our newly-walking toddler! The beach and pool access were great amenities we took advantage of, too. Highly recommend!

The view is spectacular. The hostess very helpful in accommodating some of our special requests. We were surprised to find a few toys in the condo which our granddaughters loved playing with!
We had a comfortable and relaxing time.

This stay wasn't long enough. From the moment you arrive to check out there was so much to do. On site or within a short drive, get started on your to do list. Sunset Beach, Shark's Cove for snorkeling, Waimea Valley Hike/lunch, Waimea Beach, Hale'iwa, etc., the list goes on. The home was spacious, beautiful with stunning views. Just as described plenty of space to cook or walk and eat meals out at the beach side restaurant or at Turtle Bay Resort. The home has plenty of everything you'll need, and the beach storage came in handy, beach chairs, umbrellas. beach toys for kids and pool floats/noodles. Ready to book again. Thank You E & D

Our family of 6 had a brilliant stay at this property. Spotless on the inside, very comfortable, with everything we needed for a north shore beach vacation - plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc. Beach and pool views in multiple directions. We spent our days visiting the various North Shore beaches which were a short drive away from this ocean villa. My kids also loved using the pool after the long days.

My family and I (husband and kids 19, 16 and 12) had a lovely time at the Villa. Being on the ground floor was wonderful and so easy to get to the beach and pool. The master bedroom and bath were amazing, so much room and space to relax after a long day. Honestly the only thing I would recommend is more blankets, we had everything else we needed. The toys and beach gear was more than we could have asked for and we used them a lot.
The Villa is separate from the resort, so we did feel a bit like outsiders even though we used the restaurants and activities. It would also be nice to have access to the bigger pool given how much we spent on the Villa and things at the resort (spa treatments, meals, horse riding, luau, etc.). We ate at several of the restaurants and were not impressed, the food was okay and definitely not worth the high price tag. We had much better food venturing into the nearest town. I would not eat at the resort again after our experience.
A great place for families and those looking to have some down time and enjoy the beach and pool. Plus lots of space for the teens to have their time alone as well. Highly recommend.

My family and I visit Hawaii frequently, but this was the first time we all stayed on the North Shore. The unit was beautiful and everything was as advertised.
