The location was great. The condo was very outdated, We were asked to turn a/c off every 6 hours during our stay and when we left the room. The fridge was not able to make ice , curtains were torn. We did enjoy the beach items! Luckily we were not in the room much.

For a last minute trip this was a wonderful place to stay. Just like online listing. Comfortable and convenient. Bonus covered parking. Coffee shop downstairs.

キッチンとベットルームからは、毎日ダイアモンドヘッドが見えてサンセットの時間には、ラナイで海とワイキキを感じながら夕食が食べられて幸せでした。ただ写真より応接の椅子が汚く感じて物置にしか使っていませんでした。掃除機のごみもいっぱいでした。シーツとかも他の人のにおいがして、全部洗いました。その他はとっても良かったです。

The vacation condo was preface for our needed. Easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The Banyon was a nice complex and we loved the pool hot tub and play structure. We hope to return someday. We recommend this rental.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in Sept 2024. It was amazing! Parking in the garage is easy. We pulled in and parked near the attendant and let them know we were checking in. We were able to then go up to the room and get the parking pass for our rental car. There are elevators on the parking garage levels. This is a 7th floor room right near the elevator, but we never heard it at all. It was very quiet. The door is keyless with your own code. Our first thought when entering the room was how welcoming it was. Very clean, updated, bright and open. The ocean view is better than pictures! The king bed is comfortable and you can see the ocean while laying in bed! The lanai, livingroom, and bedroom all had a great views! It also looks over the pool area on the 6th floor, and the lobby entrance. We enjoyed people watching. The kitchen had the basics and was plenty for the meals we made there to save money. Being on a lower level has an advantage and disadvantage. At busy times the elevators are so full coming down from the upper floors you'll be waiting a while for a spot. So we would just take the stairs down. There is also a small store and coffee shop in the lobby. The walk to the beach and main beachfront street is one long block, literally only a few minutes away! It was all so much better than expected and by the end of our trip we just wanted to move in! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Safe neighborhood, easy walking to everything. Parking was a huge plus and super convenient. Never a long wait at elevator. Lovely outside living space! Quiet location for sleeping and good kitchen area to enjoy making a few easy meals when we wanted to eat on the lanai’s table.

Fabulous apartment, stocked with every little thing you would need to make it feel like home. Comfortable beds, plenty of seating if you have visitors, and lots of space to store all your items. Just one thing missing would be a drying rack to put wet towels and swimmers on to dry on the the balcony!

This did allow us to spend more time soaking in the views and doing different things but on days when weather was poor or when we had spare time we thought watching a movie would’ve been quite fun. Unfortunately there wasn’t a way for us to utilize a streaming service on the TV.

The place is a bit more run down than we had expected and it wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked (random sticky spots on floor). The property manager was great though and willing to have someone come out to clean again immediately. We opted out of it since we wanted to just get on with our trip

The property itself was fantastic, well kept, clean and stocked with everything you might need which was a bonus as I have stayed in this complex several times before with half as much provided. (including kitchen ware, ice packs, cooler, beach accessories---so helpful!!) My husband and I intend to return in the near future! Highly recommend!

Communication wirh host was great. The unit is beautiful. Northern view wirh a view of diamond head leaning off balcony. Close to the beach and the water was great. 10 min from diamond head. Pool here is ok. It does the job. But the unit has many extras to have fun. I highly recommend packing a soft side cooler. They had one but it came in handy. Didnt have any issues. Plenty of parking. Oh and the extra toxels and beach towels are in the closet.
Get tickets for pearl harbor early. Dont waste your time at Dole plantation. The pig and the lady resturant in china town we recomment. Jennys shrimp truck on the north qest side is great and cheap. Tikis bar and grille is hit and miss. Make sure thw fish is cooked through and if you get there late make sure your food hasnt been precooked and sitting around.
We would highly recommend this unit and host.

Very uptight and rude building management and stingy host. We were not allowed to drink sparkling WATER by the pool in the very old, beat-up janky pool loungers according to the Clipboard Cops. Meanwhile look across to other rooftop pools and you’ll see people enjoying themselves. Other elevator has been broken for 4 months so expect to wait…a lot. You are given one beach towel to use for your entire stay. Limited bath towels. No dishwasher but a tiny bottle of soap for all your dishes. $6 to wash clothes. $3 to grill a burger. Ugh. False alarm building evacuation in the night was a surprise. Old TV doesn’t even stream. The blinds suck and don’t block the light. Bring earplugs and an eye mask for the blinking green flash of light every 90 secs. Or just stay at a hotel. I would never stay in this building ever again.

The only difference was the color of the couch and bed sheets which seemed to be upgraded which was a nice surprise. It was my second time staying at the Banyan Towers and will return there again. Highly recommend if you want to be close to the beach and have a free car parking.

The apartment is located really close to wakiki beach, in an area very popular with similar holiday makers, easy access to shops, restaurants and transport links, if you want to be in the centre of the wakiki, then you could not choose a better location.

1. This property is on the east side of Waikiki and a short drive to the H-1 Freeway, which is key to getting around Oahu - a plus if you have a rental car.
2. Being one-and-a-half blocks from Waikiki Beach is a great benefit. It is a world class beach, and being able to stroll down and back on a whim means you can squeeze in a swim or beach walk anytime.
3. This property is on the ninth floor which means that, in many ways, you can bypass long waits for the elevators. We parked on the 4th floor on the east side, and were able to walk up and down five stories to the room. There is a safety door above the fifth floor, so always carry your common area key. Also, you can walk down and back to the sixth floor recreation area without using the elevators to take a quick dip in the pool.
4. Finally, the garbage disposal is very much appreciated, as is the little vacuum cleaner (bring some earplugs) since getting sand in the place is a face of life in Hawaii. The laundry room is next door, but the noise did not bother us.

The building is a bit dated and the elevators are slow. Our apartment was quite sufficient and overall nicely decorated and clean. The sliding door into the shower/ toilet area needs some oil. It squeaks and at night that was a bit annoying. Overall the apartment was good but the buildings fire alarms and notice to evacuate the building happened 2 nights in a row waking us from sleep. Thst was rather annoying for sure.

The condo was very well appointed, and the host left starter toiletries, beach items, a bottle of water and even some Locally resourced snacks! Parking was included , which was HUGE since we rented a car. The view on the lanai was fabulous! We felt very safe walking around the area, and the beach was an easy walk. You will love this property!

I stayed in this property for four nights. Even though the condo is located just across from the elevator, I never had any issue with noise. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full size refrigerator. The only negative is the size of the building which can sometimes result in somewhat long waits for elevators, but most of the time it wasn't a problem. I would stay here again.

While advertised as a penthouse, the property didn’t present like one it had minimal , inexpensive finishings, and wasn’t “sparking” clean when we arrived. The A/C didn’t function properly The shower didn’t work well and had. No place to put soap/ shampoo. The bar stools didn’t fit at. However, the bed and linens were crisp and clean. This condo was an amazing find. It was not only more cost effective than other lodging in the area, but the size of the space was far more accommodating, as we were a party of three. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the sunrise / sunset views from the lanai were incredible. All of Waikiki’s offerings are comfortable, short walking distance away (including the beach of course.) To make it even better, the included parking (which is a rarity) was super convenient!! I really hope to stay here again in the future!

The room was perfect!!! The view was out of this world! Some people posted the balcony needed to get cleaned up but it is and you can't control what the birds do during your stay lol. You are on the 38th floor!!! They didn't miss a beat, everything was provided. Towels for the bath and beach. Umbrella, body board etc. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances. Living room was perfect with the couch that had a bed pull out. We greatly enjoyed waking up in the morning and watching the sun rise off the balcony. Waikiki Beach right in front of you with the ocean for miles or Diamond Head toward the left view. Surround serenity. It was absolutely beautiful!!!! This room was sooo much better than having your typical hotel room especially for a 10 day stay. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition along with having the laundry right down the hall. Highly recommend as long as you can get past needing some fresh paint and some new stools. But who cares, your in Hawaii !!!!

I will say I was a little confused on the check in process. It gave directions to call the manager once we got our bags but before we got the car. I didn’t think that was necessary. And with just getting off a 12 hour flight, that is not the first thing that you think about. So I did call and route to the condo. He never did answer. But I had an issue getting in to the condo, when I did call back, to get help with that, he answered right away and was very helpful. Very helpful with any questions we had. Great place to stay, great location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Location was great. 2 blocks from beach. Good access to shops and restaurants. 37 story building and elevators were very slow. Bed was comfortable. The furniture needs updating. Our unit was on 12th floor. When doors on surrounding units slammed shut, rattling the whole unit. Traffic on H-1 is terrible.
