Been to Waikiki for weekend staycations as a resident for 15 years and many more now coming back periodically to visit. Have stayed at the Hyatt or Marriott predominately and have fun. However, after all these years this unit and trip was the best. The view was beyond description. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed plus the kitchen was awesome. The staff at the Waikiki tower was superb. Jessie and Eddie in valet were amazing. Overall, a 10/10 experience! The lanai view and comfort level...wow!!

I usually stay in a hotel but decided to do something different. The condo was clean. The view from the patio made us not to leave. We walked everywhere because of the location. The front desk staff were not friendly. The lightening in the bathrooms were great and there should be a mirror in the second bedroom.
I would recommend staying at this location.

This particular unit on the 10th floor couldn’t be in a better location: oceanfront view of Waikiki, a daily show of the surfers, but high enough to still be quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle. The building is ideally situated just across the street from the beach and near the Duke statue, close to shopping and coffee, but at the quiet end of the beach. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Property was as described, clean, updated with a great location. Note that the streets are busy with autos and pedestrians being that it is in Waikiki something that we did not mind. The view of the beach (which was across the street) was awesome. Check-in and Check-out was easy and efficient. The staff (particularly the auto attendants) were quick and professional. The only recommendation I would offer is to update the sleeper sofa's mattress, though usable is slightly a bit worn.Otherwise, would definitely stay at this property again.

The unit we stayed in has beautiful views off the large balcony and was a good stay, yet there were some things that needed to be addressed. The area rug was in bad condition with dirty staining and lots of wear. The unit also had a strong musty mildew odor that was hard to breathe. We called to the property manager to report it. It did put a damper on the stay with having to take the time to deal with the issues.

Beautiful property with plenty of space for 5 adults. The condo is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki and directly across from the beach. The valet guys were all so helpful and very nice. We were not able to enjoy the property's amenities as the deck was under repair but looked lovely for once they reopen.

The property was excellent for the ocean view and easy access to a beach for swimming. It also had a wonderful variety of eating establishments nearby that we could walk to. We just had to remember to make reservations ahead of time.
We greatly appreciated the amenities of the supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms and laundry and beach chairs! The parking valets were all so courteous and warm and welcoming!

The view is gorgeous. The unit is clean, spacious for us family of 4 with 2 adult children. Although we didn't use the kitchen at all but looks like they provided everything you need to cook with. Plenty of bath towels and extra pillows provided too. There were 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. However, just a few things:- Shower door in the master restroom is only 2/3 of the length and leaves 1/3 open. Not sure why. Water got splashed when showering. So stepping out of the shower on a wet/slippery floor can cause a liability.- Beach towels are too small. - The AC in the 2nd bedroom needs to be fixed so it can be adjusted. When we checked in, we saw a piece of newspaper taped on it but didn't bother. It was blasting cold air all night. The next morning, we contacted the property manager who came out a few hours later to re-tape with another piece of paper but the blowing air ripped it off in the middle of the night. Hope the owner/property manager take care of the issue a permanent way. - There was a sewage smell the week we were there. On day 2, we saw a notice from the building informing of the emergency plumbing repair. - Unfortunately, pool was closed during our stay. Not much on 4th floor except the gym. - It's very centrally located, right across from the beach. Either you like it or dislike it due to noise. We happened to be there the Aloha week so the strip got blocked for food vendors, entertainers, etc. Despite it's on the 29th floor, we could smell the smoke and food from the ground.But regardless, we enjoyed every minute spent out in the balcony overlooking the ocean. So beautiful.

Communication with the Captain Cook’s team was easy and just enough. (Not too intrusive but always available!) Check out was easy. (Many places will charge a cleaning fee and also ask you to clean before you leave!) We will definitely book with Captain Cook’s again!

This is an a great unit. The view is simply unparalleled. We had perfect weather for 8 days and we spend hours on the lanai just taking in the vistas from Diamond Head through Waikiki. Just beautiful.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen. Ideal for families. Can save some money on meals.
All of Waikiki is walking distance. Can't beat the location. Most convenient property on the Kalakaua strip with really outstanding valet service. Traffic in Waikiki is what is is, but this is still an optimal location. You just have to be patient for those last 10 minutes on your trips back from the North Shore or East Side.
Look, the unit could use an update. Cleaners could have spent a bit more time scrubbing the bathroom. The Master bed needs a new frame. Creaks loudly when anyone gets in or out of bed. But the value is extremely high for Waikiki and we would be happy to stay in this unit again.

All upholstered cushions stained and flat. No support from cushion. Chairs sank to uncomfortably low. Many hinges on the cabinets are short and need to be replaced as they do not close properly. Two beds were uncomfortable and bedding did not fit.Towel ring missing in master bath. New one under cabinet - ya think they could have installed it. Shades frayed and one was off roll making it difficult to open/close. Kitchen well painted. Great location and views. Booked in May. Pool was under refurbishing, but was supposed to be finished by July. Will not be finished until November.

The kitchen did not have 1 sharp knife to cut a pineapple. Don’t expect to cut anything. Very much needed !! The glass ware was very limited to small juice glasses and a few cheap plastic bigger cups . As long as you ate out the place is wonderful. Great view of Waikiki beach

Our family of five (three adults and two teens) had a fantastic time at this property. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the view was stunning. A trip to the beach was an elevator ride down and a short walk across the street. The unit had beach chairs and bodyboards, which we utilized frequently.
There were a couple of things to be aware of—the seal on the window of the second bedroom was not very good, and given that we were on a high floor with lots of wind, the window produced a lot of noise that woke our kids up on occasion.
Unfortunately, our Property Manager (James) was also not very responsive. There were a couple of times we texted him and did not get a response until we contacted the main info email, which seemed to get things moving. Nothing was urgent, and they eventually took care of everything we needed, but the response was a bit slow. Maybe text was not the best outlet to contact them, but we were not told otherwise.
Other than a few issues, we enjoyed ourselves and would rent this property again.

The location and view can’t be beat. The communication with the property manager was great and he was so friendly and responsive. The unit itself definitely needs some upgrades and there are no extras in the kitchen for cooking like you would find in other rentals. It was really nice having beach chairs to use. There wasn’t a tv in the twin bedroom like advertised and it was hard to lock the master bathroom door. The pool and hot tub were both closed when we were there, too.

As stated in description of condo, it's located across the street from Waikiki Beach and within walking distance from all the shopping & restaurants on Kalakaua Ave! On the day we arrived, there was a three-block food festival on Kalakaua Ave, which was great for us to stroll and try various vendors. Close driving distance to Diamond Head Crater Trailhead, Hanauma Bay, etc. Valet attendees were extraordinarily cordial and helpful; (make sure you tip!) Our point-of-contact, Byron, was very responsive. Simple check-in/check-out process. It was perfect for my family as our first time in Waikiki!

Everything about this property was great with one exception. The pool was under repair and not unable. With 2 children age 11 and 12, it certainly would have been great to have the pool in the nice, secure building. This should have been mentioned in the advertising. With a pool, it would have been a perfect score.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It’s is in the perfect location across the street from Waikiki Beach. The outdoor seating is perfect because of the gentle breeze blowing and the stunning view. Shantel was a wonderful host giving us a tour of the faculty and explaining how to use all the upgrades. She also provided items like shampoo, body wash and laundry detergent. Things you can’t bring much of on a plane. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, helping us with anything and everything that we needed. We would have loved to stay even longer and if we come back, we would definitely want it to be at this location.

We stayed here for only two nights-we had booked 6, but because of a global IT outage with crowd strike and Microsoft, we were physically unable to get there by plane. We kept in constant communication with property and VRBO and was told no refunds even though it was an extenuating circumstance. The property had several issues, that we would have overlooked- dishes dirty- broken bathroom mirror- old pillows, a foul Oder in master bath. No proper cooking utensils. Bottom line, everything was sub par and the place was not accommodating to our situation. I’m sure thousands had the same issue- but were refunded for the days they weren’t able to get there. Very unfortunate. Poor communication and unprofessional. This was our very first VRBO!
