Great location. Parking garage was really tight..but i think thats pretty normal. Ac didn't cool off whole place but luckily there were fans. Definitely not a luxury apartment but it worked out pretty good especially for the price.

The location and floor of the apartment are very appropriate. Although the interior decoration is not novel, it is clean and practical. It also has basic daily necessities, kitchenware and household appliances. When you encounter something damaged or have a problem, you can call the person in charge of the apartment for help and they will respond and deal with it quickly, which is very reassuring. The surrounding environment is very convenient. It is close to Waikiki Beach. There are supermarkets, food trucks, ABC stores and many shopping center businesses nearby. Dining and shopping are very convenient.It should be noted that the apartment building has many floors, but only two elevators, so you need to wait patiently. Also because the room is located close to the elevator, the sound of the elevator operation will be more obvious at night. In addition, sometimes there is strong wind outside. There may be obvious wind noise inside the room. If you are more sensitive to sound and have a low tolerance for sound, this can be used as a reference. For me, this is a good value for money accommodation option.

Our family had an amazing vacation at this condo. It was just as described in the listing. The location was excellent with many places to eat within one block. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils for cooking, there were plenty of towels and sheets. Best of all, there is a magic closet which contains everything you need for the beach; towels, chairs, cooler, sand toys, umbrellas, you name it. We highly recommend this rental.

It was a perfect work getaway, well located, great view and perfect size for our requirements. The wifi was not stable but the property mgr was very responsive and got it fixed. The only negative part was that it smelled of smoke, whether that was from the ventilation system, or somebody else smoking on their Lanai or unit. Leaving the door open helped. And again Vincent was very responsive with some air fresheners.

It was just 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. Had a view of the water, city and mountains. Easy to get in and out of the city area to the freeway. Lots of places to shop and eat. Grocery store just a couple of blocks from the condo. Our experience with Jane the property owner was too notch.

We had a wonderful time during our Oahu trip in May. The place was clean, all appliances worked, and basic supplies provided (tp, dish soap, etc.). The location was great and within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and Waikiki beach. The view out of the unit was beautiful and we felt we had plenty of room. While I had to read the checkin instructions closely, they were accurate and I had no issues during checkin. Maybe the best perk of all was.....a free parking spot. I've heard numerous folks say they didn't like Oahu compared to the other islands. But from those discussions, that is because they didn't go anywhere beyond where they stayed and could walk to in Waikiki b/c they didn't rent a car. And If you don't rent a car, you'll miss out on 75% of the beauty of Oahu. And if you do get a car, the free parking spot is a big money saver. I would rent this unit again.

The room is good for the price if you’re staying for a month or longer. The bathroom is set up almost perfectly for the beach life with room to hang wet clothes and excellent water pressure. However, I also experienced an AC leak through the ceiling and numerous elevator problems that were resolved on “island time.” Unfortunately, while the personal contact for the room did a decent job, the building staff were shockingly racist, tourist hating and very confrontational. Fortunately, once you learn how abrasive they are, you can keep your distance and avoid further confrontation on what you’d expect to be vacation.

Pluses: The apartment was very clean and it is a short walk to Waikiki beach-- which was nice. Minuses: This is way too small to be advertised as fitting 6 people, especially if they are adult size. I would never bring little kids to this apartment because it's on the 10th floor, and the door to the balcony doesn't lock. It's super noisy at night from the cars on the street below. The oven only heated up to 350* so when we cooked most of our food it took forever-- like pizza. The AC is in the main bedroom, and it barely cools down the tiny apartment. There was a fan in the other room that blew a lot of warm air around. It was not comfy at night because the AC is loud and the apartment is mostly hot in the other rooms. The toilet was having flushing issues the first day we were there, and I tried to contact the manager and I left a message for help. I heard nothing back, so my son fixed the toilet so we could actually use it. We've stayed in a lot of AiBNBs and this was probably our least favorite.

This is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in during our family vacations. The 3-bedroom condo is emasculate, in addition, the view of Waikiki beach is both stunning and breathtaking. The mountain view is gorgeous. The owner, Jane, was extremely welcoming and wanted to make sure our stay was pleasant and memorable. We would highly recommend this unit and we hope to return next year.

Place was very clean. The back two bedrooms were warm. The air conditioner did not cool those areas as well as the front room air conditioner even though they were separate thermostats. The kitchen had a problem with roaches. Hopefully they get a handle on that. Check in and out were very easy.

We had a nice stay at this condo. The location was two blocks to the beach and very convenient. As we had two grown up kids and my sister in law in the group, the bedroom configuration worked out nicely.
The master bedroom had no black out curtains or blinds, so if you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask. The second bedroom with a queen bed had black out curtains but the one with twin beds did not. Fortunately, our girls can sleep through anything so it did not bother them.
Jane was very responsive when the wifi went out for a few hours.

We enjoyed the apartment. Everything we needed with a spectacular view. I miss waking up to it already! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Never a long wait for the lift and the laundry room on the ground level came in handy. The building is older but kept up very well. It’s a secure building and you must use your fob to get to your floor. The building staff were friendly and helpful. We did not rent a car and didn’t need to. There’s a bus stop right out front and it took us all over the island. The beach is very close maybe a little over a block. Perfect to walk to or watch the surf. I found booking my stay and communicating with Captain Cook to be easy and reasonable. I will definitely refer this company and Park Waikiki Heights to my friends & family.

Plenty of space for 5 adults. Comfortable beds, large shower...only 1 full bathroom was NOT an issue. Kitchen had all essentials...it was nice being able to make breakfast before heading out for the day. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Check in from owner was also appeciated. Great stay for a family at a reasonable price.

We were surprisingly upgraded at the last minute, however, the picture shown with view was not even close to what we had. We had very little view not displayed in any of the advertisements. Much confusion with the floor numbers, repeated issues with the keypad, dirty floors, one little ice tray that leaked, key fob on a very old lanyard that was dropped at first use. There’s a large fee to replace lost fobs, luckily I found it right away. Most issues were reported to owner. One good was the location to shops and beach.

Everything was as advertised. Jane was most accommodating with early check in and later checkout. We were able to walk around Waikiki easily to most places of interest. The bus line was on our street to get to farther areas. The corner condo location was quiet and private. There is a well equipped grocery store minutes from the condo.
All in all we would return to this location if coming back to Honolulu. Thank you!!!

Aloha, we are so grateful for our time in Hawaii! The property was clean and looked just like the pictures online - especially the beautiful sunsets. To that end, we also saw fireworks that the owner alerted us about during our stay. We could rest easier knowing she was a text away. The three bedrooms are spacious and the beach equipment came in handy and made us feel like locals as we walked to beach alongside the many surfers. There are many nearby shops and places to eat, accessible parking and an easy to find key/fob. We made memories that we will cherish for the rest of our life. ~ Mahalo!

The apartment is very close to the ocean, every day you wake up with a beautiful view and sound of the water! Amazing!
It's also close to all the possible entertainment (we did hiking, Kualoa Ranch biking, submarine scooters, Macadamia nut farm tour, coffee farm tour, chocolate tasting, went to a concert,restaurants etc.). Never drove more than 45 min.
Hoghly recommend Maguro (poke bowl place),which is just across the road. The service and food are fabulous!
The check-in is easy and non-contact. You have enough keys for the party.
The apartment is nice and clean. Also there's a washer and dryer to help you with the beach towels.
We loved our stay! Hope to be back one day!

Needed a place to stay as the hotel prices were through the roof. This condo was on the 7th floor and had a decent view of the ocean and the street. The place was a little bit bigger than a hotel room. It has a workable kitchen with a microwave and a toaster oven, sink and refrigerator. In the same room, there is a loveseat and a tv with lots to watch. And the deck overlooks the pool with 2 chairs and a small round table that we spent having coffee in the morning or dinner.
Downside is that it’s in the city, there are noises like fire/police/buses going by, loud motorcycles and cars, or loud people on the street but I didn’t hear anyone in the building.
Everything you need is walkable or a short ride on the bus or Uber. The beach is literally 2, maybe 3 blocks away. For food, there is a place to get coffee and there are a few food trucks that are really good or other restaurants still within walking distance.
Bottom line, I would stay there again.
