This property sits right on the beach. Right out your door are shops and restaurants and the main drag center of Waikiki Beach is a pleasant walk away. We watched the sunset from the lanai every evening, plus its a spectacular spot for the Friday night fireworks. The lanai has an amazing view of the ocean, the beach AND the mountain and city. The owner is a great communicator and an all around nice guy.

- Convenient location, though, I would recommend walking just a bit north if you’re looking for a good beach close by. The one directly in front of this place wasn’t quite as good.

It was our first trip to Hawaii and we loved it. We knew parking was space on the island but didn’t realize just how bad it is. Fortunately, this location has an underground parking garage with an elevator that you can conveniently take up to the floor of your room.

An apartments is clean and beautiful. Has a lot of space for family of 4: two bedrooms and a living room. Kitchen is good equipped. There is almost everything you need in the place. I just would add a middle size drying rack for swim suits. We had to dry them on lanai chairs as they don't like a dryer) Beach chairs and umbrella - rent on the beach right near the building. Convenient.
Precaution: closet doors in master bedroom and bathroom doors are heavy and quick. It is not bad. Just be aware. My teen hurt his hand in 1st day with a heavy closet door and it was painful for 2 days. But no complains to the owner. Just precaution.
The view from every room and especially from lanai is gorgeous: sunsets, ocean, evening city lights, everything. Not so crowded like other locations nearby. Not much city noise at night like sirens or roads. Walking distance to another resorts, restaurants, ABC stores and shops. The building has private access to the beach and private shower near the entrance. Off site parking right across the street was convenient. We use it for rented car. Building has very good security. All entrances are gated with key fob access. Property manager Paul is friendly, positive and very helpful. He replied my rare calls very quickly. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We just didn't ask how to use the door lock from outside but figured it out by ourselves))

Place can use some touch ups, new utensils, new cleaning supplies other than that it was a cozy condo with a beautiful view, great location in Waikiki. Can spot turtles from top floor balconies. Another plus is you can do laundry while on vacation, definitely comes in handy after beach activities. Would definitely recommend this stay.

We could not have been happier with this experience. Having garage parking, easy beach access, everything we needed to prepare meals, and amazing shopping and other resorts within walking distance made it easy to focus on relaxing and enjoying being in Waikiki. Communication with the owner was great and Jeff was very proactive on checking in and making sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again!!!

the studio was spacious and was perfect for my husband and I. The parking pass was definte!y a plus! My only suggestion would be new pillows are needed for the bed and i would have liked a teapot (not a big deal though) .liked that there were beach chairs for us to use but wish there had been a small cooler. I would defintley stay here in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for about a week for our first stay in Hawaii. Firstly, Terry was an awesome host. He was super flexible and communicative and always professional and kind. 10/10 host. Secondly, the place itself was beautiful. It’s in a prime location, you’re in walking distance to literally everything you need. The beach access was perfect. Great clean condo. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan. A few things that need fixing. The patio door is difficult to open. The vertical blinds are nearly impossible to open and close. The garbage disposal is extremely loud. It sounds like something is loose.

Our stay was great with a very nice room and a view from the 8th floor towards the south, west and north. We overlooked a park and also had a ringside seat for the Friday night fireworks show at the Hilton. The location was convenient to the beach, swimming in the pool next door, covered parking and stores and restaurants. Work day traffic was a bit of a challenge, but we were able to easily drive to the sights we wanted to see.

It was conveniently located steps away from downtown, tastefully decorated exactly as shown in the pictures. This place was immaculately clean, our property manager Paul was professional, friendly and readily available.
We had one lightbulb that needed to be replaced and I would’ve done it myself, but we were so busy having fun outside we barely noticed.
This was one of our favorite stays! I was traveling with my two adult sons ages 18 and 20. Everything was perfect.

This apartment was perfect for our 6-day visit. Amazing view of the beach and skyline! Highly recommend for location and convenience. It’s one block from an ABC convenience store with groceries, alcohol and prepared foods. Also there is a smoothie/coffee shop and small take away restaurant on site, the steak and shake, for a quick lunch. The apartment is comfortable and appropriately stocked. Would definitely love to stay again.

The location of the property was AMAZING! Everything you need is literally a walk away. The beach was located under our room. The people at the front desk were less than helpful. However the property itself was fantastic! We stayed with our 2 children and we are all very impressed with our stay. There are minimal supplies in the unit, but enough to get by.

This condo was perfect for us! Right on the beach with wonderful views of the ocean. Wide open views off the balcony since the park is right there (no buildings to obscure view. We were able to watch the Hilton fireworks right from our balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possible need. Great location with plenty of eat out options in the area. Pay the extra to park in the garage-well worth it! Paul is a great host with lots of local info to share. Would definitely stay again.

Best of all was the location and view! Walking distance to many things in Waikiki. Clean condo, ocean view from the patio. The beach is a short distance down the elevator to the ground level, behind the building. I would definitely stay again. The only bummer was that the room divider doesn’t fully separate the room so privacy was lacking.

This condo was the perfect location and perfect size for two people. Kitchenette and table ideal for our meals. There is a Starbuck's right next door 2 min walk from 8th floor condo. Roy's seafood steak house and Steak Shack 3 mins from condo. The beach right outside condo gate had two rental booths for swimming/surfing gear. Beach volleyball and pickle courts conveniently located on Waikiki Beach!

Our stay at Terry's condo was a highlight of our trip to Oahu. The location is unbeatable! Right in the heart of Waikiki there are unlimited options for food, entertainment, shopping, and of course AMAZING beaches just steps from the door. The unit is between the Outrigger hotel and the Army Museum and is directly on the beach. The views are fabulous. The unit comes equipped with two starter packs of coffee (one regular and one decaf), soap, shampoo, trash bags and laundry detergent- all of the basic stuff you would find in a hotel. Overall, the unit is spacious. That said, although the unit is supposed to hold 6 people, it is somewhat cramped with that many people. The unit would be perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The second bedroom (2 twin beds) is immediately off of the living room but a foldable divider can be used for more privacy. The master bedroom also has a good view and can be closed off from the rest of the unit. The Wi-Fi and water pressure are good. If you have a rental car during your stay, there is a charge for parking of about $42/day. Although the building itself is over 60 years old, it is well maintained and the unit has been updated.

This place is literally steps from the beach. We could walk out door then head down steps or elevator and walk out gate in about 2 minutes. Plus you have a great view of the beach/ocean from the lanai.
Communication from the rental group was incredible. They texted me before the stay and answered all my questions. Extremely helpful. There was a small issue with the washer before we got there and they gave me a heads up and took care of everything so we weren't in for any surprises.
If you have never visisted Waikiki or you are a semi-frequent traveler like my family, then this is the perfect place. The place itself has had some updates with the kitchen and appliances. Newer stackable washer/dryer combo in bathroom. There are a flew blemishes throughout property but I have never stayed in a rental that was turnkey. We were able to secure parking through the HOA and it was a huge bonus because it was right outfront and not in some huge parking garage.
There were a couple of beach chairs, goggles, and boogie board left on lanai. We added to the collection as well. We saw plenty of sea turtles and couple of seals out back gate by jetty.
The lanai is a good size, it faces towards the sun in afternoon/evening so keep the blinds closed to help keep place cool.
Beds were comfy. My teen son is now interested in a futon. Twin bed was fine and the queen was soft like I like. The recliner was a little wobbly so don't be surprised when you sit down.
I can't wait to go back.

There were so many things we enjoyed about our stay at 1404 Waikiki Shore. As everyone mentions, the views are incredible. Any time of the day or night. Eating breakfast on the balcony and enjoying the scenery was a great way to start the day and we always ended the day there watching sunset. Every time we walked out the door, we paused to take in the view of Diamond Head and the surfers in the water at Waikiki Beach. Just beautiful! Other things we really liked: the clean and well-equipped unit, very comfortable bed, large shade to block the sun at certain times of the day and the city lights at night, elevator nearby (very convenient), having a spot in the parking garage, very short walk to Ft. DeRussy Beach where we really enoyed getting in the water, and washer/dryer in the unit. We defintiely hope to return and would like to stay at least 6 nights again, but more if possible!
